The system was down for five days. Showed up at 6 left for dinner reservations came back at 10:00 didn't get room until 1:00 AM. Room was pre paid. No compensation for lost time. 7 people in our group. 4 hours to check in 28 man hours lost for our group. No compensation from management. Kirsten said because she prioritized us with an attitude (After involving management to get our room).My little girl spent the last 3 hours of her birthday sitting on a hotel lobby floor.  Next day hotel parking garage was packed, we had to walk to Sphere, thanks God weather was nice.

Our room was super clean and with ample space at affordable price. And the digital checkin process was impressively convenient. But, we were bothered by unexpected knocking by a staff in the morning of checking out day. Digital checkout didn’t go through smoothly; needed to get a checkout confirmation at the lobby after long wait in line.

The hotel environment is okay, you have to pay extra resort fee when you check in, but trip.com didn’t state the resort fee. The hotel room is not bad, location is good, close by north outlet shopping center . We contributed over $4000 ro casino in 6 days and a few women dealer was Rudely and so grouchy, we didn’t like it and will not come back to spend money for this hotel the Hilton hotel has famous street food , we tried ramen noodle at PhO restaurant . It is so salty and thick noodle, very greasy. It is worst food l ever. Bad service either . The food from Chinese restaurant (GenTing) are the best in Hilton . Will come here for Chinese restaurant next time.

The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which really stood out to me. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure everything was taken care of. The location is also great, with easy access to the Strip and all the entertainment Las Vegas has to offer. I highly recommend Hilton Resorts World for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay in Vegas!

Location is good if you don’t mind taking 15 min drive from the fountain.  Room is big but long checkin waiting time, overall is good.

I recently stayed at the Las Vegas Hilton Resort World and was impressed by the excellent location and top-notch facilities. However, I found the service fees to be quite high and the explanations for these charges were vague and unclear. Improving transparency in this area would greatly enhance the overall experience.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a lovely stay! The hotel is huge with some great facilities. I am not into the casino scene and it made a change that this was more discreetly placed in the hotel compared to some of the others. Pool area was great. Gym and spa really nice. Lots of lifts so easily could access my floor and room. There are restaurants and activities throughout the facilities. Good location and one day we walked the length of the strip! Easy to get Uber or cabs if you want. Also the deuce bus is a few minutes walk round the corner. The big bus open roof tour bus is literally around the corner if you like that. Daily bedding and towel changes from housekeeping.

Resorts World Las Vegas: Mixed Impressions While Resorts World Las Vegas offered spacious rooms and a generally clean environment, my stay was marred by a few disappointing aspects. Upon check-in, I encountered arrogant staff who seemed less than enthusiastic about assisting guests. The cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable but could have been improved with more frequent room service. For the price, I expected better amenities, such as complimentary bottled water and a kettle for making tea. Additionally, there are no complimentary toiletries like shower cap or toothbrush! Unfortunately, room service was infrequent, and I ran out of soap during my three-night stay. The on-site restaurants and food offerings were mediocre, and the location was not particularly central. So much for paying resort fees! Overall, while the hotel offered comfortable accommodations, the service and amenities fell short of my expectations. I would recommend considering other options if these factors are important to you.
