Location really good, staffs are so nice, just one point want them to improve is “hope they can reply e-mail” 😉

This hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

Great stay with excellent service and really near to Atami Station and the famous pudding shop. Millions of thanks to staff who couriered the charging wires, adaptor and necklace we accidentally left in there 😄😄😄

Overall, good location for a quick 1-2 night short stay. Public bath was adequate with basic amenities.

Services are very good. Great location very near Atami Station with great sea wide. Unluckily while we were staying there was a new hotel construction nearby which made the view look less beautiful. The hotel is very old need some innovations which will make customers feel better especially the hot spring bathroom.

Close to Atami JR Station, the sea view room has a beautiful view. You can walk to Atami Ginza Street for dinner in the evening. Stayed for two nights. Although the hot spring is small, it is still very comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the station. The high-rise sea-facing rooms are great for watching the fireworks.

A traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, it is said to have a sea view room, but in fact the sea is a bit far away and can hardly be seen. The hot springs are one indoor and one outdoor, with traditional kimonos, and the atmosphere is still there.
