Very, very good, very clean, and the facilities are all new. The administrator was very nice. Overall it was a very comfortable experience and it was very close to the beach. The only problem is that the house is on the third floor and there is no elevator... If you bring a lot of luggage, be mentally prepared.

However, there is a fire station nearby, so I was woken up several times in the middle of the night by ambulances lol
You can rent clean bath towels, and the bathroom was equipped with a quick wiper, so it was comfortable to use.
