We loved our 2 day stay at this traditional ryokan. It is an oasis within the city with beautiful gardens and villas. The food was carefully prepared and service excellent. Shizuoka was very kind and made our stay extra special. Highly recommended. Thank-you!

I was very satisfied. The price is higher than other facilities, but the service from the staff and the food were excellent. I had stayed here before with my sister and it was great, so I stayed here with my husband, and was very satisfied again. The building itself is not new, but it was well-cleaned, the rooms were built like a traditional house, and the cobblestones were wonderful, so I would definitely like to stay again. I was a little surprised to see foreign staff, but they spoke good Japanese and were very polite.
