nice hotel and very friendly people！

This is my third stay. The food is delicious.

Very traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, the dinner was super good, the service was also very good, it was a worthwhile experience. When I was leaving, the front desk helped me call a taxi, and knew that I was going to MOA, and provided discounted tickets

The room was very bad and completely inconsistent with the picture description. It was actually a single room on the third floor of the hotel next to the staff office. I was really speechless staying here during the Chinese New Year.

The facilities were kept clean and we had a comfortable stay. In particular, the bathing facilities had free-flowing hot spring water, which was very pleasant. The food was also well thought out and we were very satisfied with the price. Overall, the service was good and we would like to stay here again.

The building itself is not new, but it was well-cleaned, the rooms were built like a traditional house, and the cobblestones were wonderful, so I would definitely like to stay again. I was a little surprised to see foreign staff, but they spoke good Japanese and were very polite. There have been more and more hotel-like facilities recently, but I love the feel of old-fashioned Japanese inns. The tea in the room was also delicious.

It was absolutely wonderful. I was nervous because it was a high-end inn, but Mr. Nakai was kind enough to prepare a chair in the room for us because we had trouble walking. The food was also very delicious. He was also impressed, saying he had never eaten something so delicious. It was nice to be able to relax in the hot springs and use them empty-handed from the room. The thoughtfulness and splendor of a luxury inn made me feel comfortable, and I was able to spend a relaxing time even after returning to my room. It was a good commemorative trip. I stayed in a general room for two people on the 3rd floor of the building where the lobby is. In the middle of the night, I woke up with a strange smell. At first, I thought it was the smell of my companion's toilet, but it was not the smell of sewage coming from the sink in the toilet. It was my first experience with a sewage smell that woke me up. The smell was also coming up from the toilet sink and the washbasin in the dressing room of the adjoining room bath. Although I wrote that in the questionnaire, I received only a template greeting and a thank you email for staying. Did it just happen to be us...? I thought that, but after looking around the accommodation reviews, it seems that some people have had the same experience. I don't know the situation of rooms in other buildings and detached rooms, but please be careful if you are planning to use a general room in the lobby building. It smells great. This time, the fact that the toilet door was not closed properly was also the cause of the smell in the room. Please close the toilet door completely. If the smell rises, taking measures such as leaving the water in the sink running may alleviate it. Also, other than the smell, the facility does not have a barrier-free concept, so it is not recommended for the elderly, those with weak legs, those who use wheelchairs, and those who are prone to falling. The public bath is an open-air bath only. This time I was staying in winter, so I went without knowing it, and I was quite frozen after washing my hair and body under the cold weather in the middle of winter. When the cold weather is severe, it is better to wash your hair and body in advance in the bath in your room, and only soak in the large bath.
