Ibis Asuncion

If you’ve never stayed at an Ibis before, the room will seem small and basic, which is what the brand is known for. The presence of a small fridge was a pleasant surprise. We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is basic, but incorporated several local food options that we enjoyed each day. The gym is nice and relatively unused (I went each day there and was the only person there). Finally, the property is well located across from the Sol mall and a few minute walk from the Galleria mall (each of which have some good restaurants and a supermarket).

Perfect location friendly staff The hotel is very well located in a pleasant area, within walking distance of two shopping malls, a movie theater Cinemark, restaurants, and pharmacy. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would especially like to thank Ángel, who helped me with check-in and assigned me a room before the hotel's stipulated check-in time. The room's air conditioning only works for heating; the room is small, and the bathroom is outdated. The sound of other rooms' doors closing could be heard. Breakfast was good and varied.

The hotel’s location is perfect. It really is walking distance from 2 malls. Which means that you can not only shop but you have food options. Btw, their breakfast was pretty good and you should be able to find something. The staff was amazing ! They tried their best to accommodate me even though my Spanish is non existent. The hotel’s temperature was a bit hot at night but it is what it is. I think it was a cultural issue. They don’t use a/c as much as we do in the USA.
