I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Asuncion. I checked in extremely late, after 12:30 am on the day after I had booked to arrive. The reception staff were fine with this, and throughout my stay they were very friendly and spoke good English. On my way to my room I could tell that the hotel was very tired and dated. The same was true once I got to my room. It was fine, clean and a good size, but things like worn out carpet and paint chips on the wall showed that things needed updating. The bathroom felt a bit less dated than the rest of the room. The air conditioning worked well, and the wifi was good. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from the very centre of Asuncion, so the location is good. The historic centre of Asuncion is a bit on the run-down side, but worth seeing if you're visiting. I asked the hotel reception about using a local bus, they were very helpful and gave me a bus card which I took to a convenience store around the corner to top up. The breakfast was very good, it was a mix of Paraguayan/South American and more continental style dishes. Lots of choice, and it was never too busy. I also had a caipirinha in the bar which was good. Overall, if you want to stay near central Asuncion for a reasonable price, then this hotel is a good choice.

Wir sind jetzt schon das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen und wir waren absolut rund um zufrieden! Wir haben mehrere Hotels in Paraguay besucht, und die Features sind hier wirklich sehr gut! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück ist für Lateinamerikanische Verhältnisse (natürlich ist Deutschland einfach anders!) guter Standard. Der Fitnessraum ist der beste, den wir bei den insgesamt sechs Hotels in der gleichen Preisklasse gesehen haben. Das Paar ist erstaunlicherweise immer besetzt, auch wenn wenig Betrieb ist. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool auf dem Dach, wobei die Bar leider nicht immer besetzt ist. Aber man kann sich die Getränke ja unten holen. Bei Bedarf werden sie einem auch gebracht. Die Zimmer sind super sauber, das Personal an der Rezeption ist ausgesprochen freundlich und kompetent. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich nur weiter empfehlen.

Llegamos cansados al hotel y la recepcionista nos dijo que bajemos nosotros nuestro equipaje, consulte si tenían botones y me dice que iba verificar, consultamos horario de atención del restaurante y nos responde que esperemos ! Luego hace toda una introducción sin decirnos nuevamente si atendía en tiempo o no. Ingresamos a la habitación y no funcionaba el aire , nos dijeron que enseguida subían a verificar , ante la demora nos bajamos y nos dicen que no abastece su generador, solicitamos reembolso que por suerte fue concebido pero no recomiendo no volvería ni siquiera si es gratis . Pésima atención y servicio

Uma surpresa de hotel .
Um bom para excelente hotel , Ema de que a sua localização fica perto do centro antigo de Assunção. E como todo hotel mais antigo não temos algumas opções dos novos . Mas no restante bom café da manhã , atendimento do pessoal muito bom , sauna , spa, massagem bons . É o mais importante resposta rápida e solucionada quando pedido . No total do conjunto muito bom o hotel recomendo .
