I had a deeply frustrating experience with Botakoz. I booked a room well in advance for a much-anticipated trip, and without any notification my reservation was canceled without any explanation. When I arrived, I was met with vague responses and no justifiable reason for the cancellation.
This lack of communication and professionalism left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute, significantly disrupting my plans.
The hotel’s disregard for its guests’ time and trust is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to reconsider booking here, as reliability seems to be a major issue. One star—solely for the initial ease of booking, which clearly meant nothing in the end.

Хороший отель, отличное местоположение, скидка за покупку авиабилетов есть, сервис хороший, хоть мебель не новая, но хорошая, сервис работает хорошо, но иногда с расписанием завтрака неточности. В целом рекомендую!

Хороший отель. В минутной пешей доступности от основных достопримечательностей. Чистый номер, есть все необходимое (не хватает только чайника в номере). Завтрак вкусный (отдельное спасибо женщине в кафе). Рекомендую к заселению.

Good hotel in Astana, Kazakhstan
This hotel is centrally located with shops, supermarkets and restaurant nearby. The surrounding area is safe and quiet at night. The room I stayed is clean and its amenities are in good condition. The hotel staff doesn't speak English, I had to use Google Translate to communicate with them; however they are very helpful.
