Siamo stati ospiti della struttura recentemente. Arrivarci con il navigatore è impossibile perché ti indirizza all'uscita di servizio chiusa. Indicazioni non ce ne sono. La camera piccolissima, tanto che si fa fatica a girare intorno al letto, e parecchio buia. Servizi scarsi: il bar chiuso, sauna solo per chi prenota altri trattamenti, concierge che alla sera se ne va e gli ospiti non hanno nessuno a cui rivolgersi. Unica cosa positiva il personale molto gentile. Nel complesso insoddisfacente per una struttura a 4 stelle.

A total gem just outside Assisi city walls
This is an amazing property - unique and extremely charming. Hospitality, Breakfast and Dinner were 5*
I was not aware of the circular stairs for the loft, but the lighting is excellent and was not an issue. While the address is on the main road, the entrance is through a back road and difficult to find. Directions should provided at least a few days in advance.

Beautiful setting and so peaceful
What a beautiful amazing place to stay! We were here two nights and it was fabulous. The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I’ve never had eggs so good! Yiu are right outside of Assisi so you don’t have to deal with parking issues. It’s a lovely setting and Giacomo at the front desk helped with everything from wonderful dinner reservations to letting us know where to park in the city. Lots of huge lots and LOTS of stairs in the city! It’s a wonderful place to visit and the hotel could not be in a more beautiful setting!

Hotel em área rural, muito próximo do centro de Assisi com linda vista da Igreja São Francisco! Linda decoração, quarto muito confortável e atendimento muito bom dos funcionários! Café da manhã muito bom! Se estiver de carro é ótimo porque tem estacionamento.

Posto incantevole, vista pazzesca, gusto incredibile dell'arredamento e ottima la colazione (anche se alcune cose sono a pagamento, cosa che mi ha lasciato un po stranita, visto il prezzo della camera pagata). Consiglio agli ospiti, andate piano in macchina, la strada bianca è dissestata ed è a doppio senso. Suggerisco invece a chi gestisce la struttura di aggiungere una lampada un po più performante in bagno (c'è poca poca luce). Provato anche il ristorante... ancora sogno...

Drive through an olive orchard up to the property that sits below Assisi. The view of Assisi up the hill is amazing. The room's walls are stone, so quaint, so beautiful. Room is large, with short stairs leading out to the backyard. In front of room is a beautiful grassy garden common area that lights up at night with lounge chairs and coffee tables looking up at the church. Really, really well done. Beautiful property. Restaurant and bar on site. Purchased room with garden view and up the hill looking at Assisi and church, BUT ... the bushes were overgrown in back and blocked the view! So no view. However, step out of my room in the front and walk out to the grassy garden and you would have the view from there, so there is a saving grace. Nice breakfast in the glass bar area. Strong Wi-Fi, good shower, big room, parking. Excellent stay, amazing view of Assisi.
