After several years of staying in this property, I was unfortunately disappointed for various reasons:
1. As soon as we arrived there was an error on the reservation instead of two adults and a child they only saw two adults. In fact, the facility charged me for the child even though it appeared free on the trip website.
2. The reservation made for the Spa on the day of arrival was scheduled for the following day. (fortunately the Spa manager complied with the mix-up)
3. The bathroom had ants in the shower area.
I don't give a star because I know the structure well and I hope it makes you think about what happened. Another person would surely have made a fuss. Obviously, before staying in this facility again, I will be careful to evaluate other nearby facilities.
I have to thank Trip's assistant in particular because he assisted me until the end, something the hotel didn't do.

The apartment in block 5 was clean and functional. Large bed in the bedroom, lounge area with small fridge; air conditioned. Perfectly adequate for one night but a little remote from the main hotel facilities (0.6km). It did have a restaurant nearby with superb panoramic views of Assisi and that had a fantastic buffet with wine tasting on the day we were there. I would recommend this place.

Posto incantevole, siamo stati nelle casette in pietra all’interno della tenuta. Veramente confortevoli, posizione strategica, nel pieno verde in mezzo agli ulivi e alla vite. Percorso spa completo e molto pulito. Personale gentilissimo. Un particolare ringraziamento a Fabio, bike-manager appassionato, competente e simpatico. Da tornarci assolutamente

Unhelpful staff on reception upon arrival (not a warm welcome and no help with the baggage). No air-con as advertised as it was switched off (the Director did try to rectify this after our complaint and it worked for a bit but then went off again). On the second day of our stay, there was a terrible smell on the first floor from the drains. All in all a bit disappointing.

Dans la vallée avec vue au loin sur Assise et les montagnes enneigés, un resort moderne, bien décoré avec tableaux et meubles anciens. Grand parking. Agréable check in. Très belle chambre avec tout le confort et une grande salle de bains. Wifi et A/C OK. En ce mois de mars 2022 l’hôtel est vide et le restaurant est fermé (non prévenu). On a pu avoir une salade avec mozzarella et du vin local. Pour le petit déjeuner belle salle à manger avec baies vitrées donnant sur la piscine extérieure et Assise au loin. Prix doux hors saison.

E’ la seconda volta che alloggio in questo bel l’hotel. Posizione meravigliosa, camere moderne confortevoli e pulitissime. Personale super gentile e accogliente. Nella bella stagione la piscina con vista su Assisi è una vera bellezza.
