Perfect location in Ascona. We had a good sized room with a lovely view of the lake and promenade. Each floor has a different colour theme we were on the top floor which was red. Breakfast was very good with amongst other things freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs made to order. The restaurant was busy and staff attentive. We really enjoyed our five night stay and will return to Albergo Carcani on our next visit to Ascona

Das Hotel Carcani ist sehr empfehlenswert, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Piazza Giuseppe Motta, die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt und kann individuell eingestellt werden, das Personal an der Reception ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, Das Frühstück-Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig der Fruchtsalat ist einzigartig und der Orangensaft können die Gäste selber pressen, auf der Außen Terrasse direkt am Lago ist sehr einladend zum Verweilen, für Abendessen empfiehlt sich einen Tisch im voraus zu reservieren, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wenn einmal eine Kleinigkeit schief geht endschuldigen sie sich umgehend, als Hotelgast gibts 10 % Rabatt auf alle Konsumationen während der gesamten Dauer des Aufenthalts. Noch eine positive Ergänzung, der Autoparkplatz (nur für Hotelgäste gegen eine von CHF 17.- pro Tag) befindet sich nur knappe 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Wir können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Top Adresse mit hervorragender Küche. Schöne Zimmer mit Blick auf den See und teilweise auch mit kleinem Balkon. Ausnahmslos ist das gesamte Team äusserst freundlich und in jeglicher Hinsicht sehr zuvorkommend. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Die Herzlichkeit des Teams ist aussergewöhnlich: Von der reibungslosen Check-in-Betreuung bis zum stets hilfsbereiten Personal wird Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich grossgeschrieben. Unser komfortables Zimmer überzeugte durch durchdachte Funktionalität – modernes, schlichtes Design trifft hier auf praktische Alltagstauglichkeit. Besonders hervorzuheben: Die tadellose Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen! Ein grosses Highlight erwartete uns jeden Morgen auf der sonnenverwöhnten Terrasse direkt an der Seepromenade: Ein grossartiges Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was uns einen tollen Start in den Tag ermöglichte.
