Top Adresse mit hervorragender Küche. Schöne Zimmer mit Blick auf den See und teilweise auch mit kleinem Balkon. Ausnahmslos ist das gesamte Team äusserst freundlich und in jeglicher Hinsicht sehr zuvorkommend. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Die Herzlichkeit des Teams ist aussergewöhnlich: Von der reibungslosen Check-in-Betreuung bis zum stets hilfsbereiten Personal wird Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich grossgeschrieben. Unser komfortables Zimmer überzeugte durch durchdachte Funktionalität – modernes, schlichtes Design trifft hier auf praktische Alltagstauglichkeit. Besonders hervorzuheben: Die tadellose Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen! Ein grosses Highlight erwartete uns jeden Morgen auf der sonnenverwöhnten Terrasse direkt an der Seepromenade: Ein grossartiges Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was uns einen tollen Start in den Tag ermöglichte. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diese unvergleichliche Mischung aus professionellem Service und herzlicher Familiarität! Sehr gepflegtes, sauberes hotel. Ausserordentlich freundliches personal, gute küche,supper lage. Preis, leistung stimmt. Für uns hat das hotel keine wünsche offen gelassen. Wir waren schon einige male hier und kommen sehr gerne wider.

Das Hotel ist optimal an der Piazza gelegen, gute zweckmässige Einrichtung der Zimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Das Frühstückbuffet ist fein und ausreichend, bei schönem Wetter kann man draussen frühstücken. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Kurzurlaub:-)

Wir haben es genossen, das Hotel und das Restaurant. Sehr flexibel und sehr nettes Personal. Trotz Handycap wurde uns der Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht Das Hotel liegt am schönsten Ort der Ascona Promenade und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten.
