This was our first visit to Sardinia. CPH Pevero was a perfect choice. Beautiful rustic setting, view of Porto Cervo. The hotel is lovely, our accommodations perfect with a terrace and the hotel service fantastic, especially the Concierge desk and restaurant staff.

Although this is almost the end of the hotel season , all the staff were exemplary , genuinely 5* star service and nothing too much trouble , The hotel is on the hill above Porto Cervo marina .. it’s 5 or 6 mins in the hotel shuttle down to the bars and shops down there . Our room was very well appointed, had a huge double aspect balcony , ( Room 111 ) and bath / shower and all general amenities. We’d definitely visit again , and must mention the young concierge Grazia who was a wonderful help with our bookings , a great staff member

I reserve three nights through Amex and one additional night a week before we were schedule to travel to a wedding that was hosting guests in the hotel from different places. The wedding reception was at the hotel. I was schedule to arrive on a Wednesday Sunday morning my wife tested positive for Covid I cancel the reservation through Amex with no problem but the hotel enforced the non refundable room I reserved for the additional night. I sent an email to the hotel director who never answer. The hotel had rooms and the unfortunate last minute cancellation due to illness (I sent copies of the medical tests as supporting evidence) did not cause any loses to the hotel. The answer was “this is the policy”. Very poor customer service and for sure not a professional way of handling a client request. Service is everything and a one minute kind email response could have been very welcomed.

A fabulous hotel just outside Porto Cervo . Cannot fault it , stunning pool area , fabulous customer service , Wonderful gym . I had a an amazing massage by Sara in the spa Grazia helped us book up restaurants and a boat trip Only negatives were beach area not great and the shower could be more powerful and only one restaurant open for dinner so you have to go out in the evening if you don't want dinner in the same place They did a free shuttle down into Porto Cervo but the last one back is around 8pm so then yoy need to taxi and they are expensive

Half the rooms are under renovation. The cost per night is absurd for the quality of the resort. When you get there, absent a rental car, you are nearly a prisoner. There Are less than 20 taxis on the area of the island. It is 50 euro to go three miles into puerto cervo where all the restaurants are. Getting back is nearly impossible at night after dinner. We so want 400 euro for a private driver for a couple of nights to go to dinner. Great restaurants except the one on property. The staff try but it is at best 4 star at a six star price. There are great restaurants in the area. White villa, Pedri gardens and confusion were amazing. All the food on the resort except breakfast was poor. The beach was an additional fee was dirty and had a Bangladesh person selling you trinkets every 3 min making r and r impossible. No shade to speak of. And no food service on the beach. Not worth the cost and hassle

The location and sea views are stunning, but this is not a real 5-star experience. I stayed on the 6th floor, where the rooms are old, with musty curtains and a broken shower head. The sea view is amazing, but that’s about it. The pool area is lovely, yet the breakfast is terrible — very poor variety, food displayed in a cheap and dirty-looking case, and the whole area feels like a canteen. On top of that, half an avocado is €20, and staff at breakfast don’t speak English (I even got hot milk with ice cubes instead of an iced oat latte). The Le Piscine restaurant served me a fish burger that was so salty and bad I couldn’t eat it, but I was still charged €28. On the bright side, Zafferano restaurant was excellent, with tasty dishes and flexible service. The hotel needs a serious upgrade, especially for the price and 5-star claim.

The moment we arrived we received a warm, and engaging welcome. We were especially impressed that the General Manager, Luca, took the time to greet us, a thoughtful gesture and great way to start our holiday. Every interaction throughout our stay was marked by impeccable service and attentive attention to detail. We were made to feel very special as guests. Our junior suite was beautifully appointed, and the expansive terrace offered a breathtaking view. The attention to detail was flawless, from the immaculate housekeeping to the little touches. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a wide array of delicious offerings, served with warmth. The guest experience team was outstanding, always present and on hand, they checked in with us daily, offering personalized recommendations that made our time even more memorable. The hotel grounds are immaculately maintained, and with a choice of five swimming pools to choose from, there was always a perfect spot to relax. The restaurant and pool bar teams delivered consistently exceptional service. A perfect stay, and we cannot wait to return. McGrath Family.

CPH Pevero definitely has its charm, luxury and impeccable service. It is located in a beautiful area close to the local beaches and very luxurious Porto Cervo. There are however some points to uncover due to the costs customers incur when staying at this place. Firstly, there are no irons and ironing boards available in the rooms. Ironing can be done by their laundry service which is rather inconvenient, especially if you are going out and need to make your dress presentable in no time. I did not feel like filling a form every time I would need this service. Another very important point to mention is the beach where hotel has its beds and umbrellas. The beach was not very well maintained, needed a serious cleaning and had little amount of beds available. There were definitely not three rows of beds as they advertise. It felt like an abandoned place. When I mentioned this to the hotel's concierge she said the beach did not belong to the hotel and therefore it was out of their control what it looked like. We came at the end of May and were told the season was not fully open yet hence why. Base on the amount of money we paid for the stay this is not acceptable. Everything should be ready when season starts. Thirdly, the hotel does not have five swimming pools as they advertise. They have one swimming pool and four paddling pools. In overall, we enjoyed our stay however we had much higher expectations prior to our stay. When we arrived not everything seemed to match their description on the website.
