Dining Experience: The restaurant was frequently highlighted for its excellent à la carte menu, delicious food, and accommodating chefs, including catering to dietary restrictions. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were highly appreciated by most guests.

Very comfortable hotel to arrive at after a very long flight. There were a lot of unpaved roads on the way there due to roadwork. Beautiful gardens, rooms are spacious, fan provided in the room, large bed, tea & coffee facilities (no fridge). There’s An adjoining golf course we walked around. The hotels bar is well stocked and well priced. Food was lovely.

We recently hosted my sister’s wedding at Kiliseasons, and while the venue itself is truly beautiful and scenic, our experience was unfortunately disappointing on many other levels. Despite initial excitement, the service and management throughout our planning and event day left much to be desired. Over the course of just one year since we booked the venue, we experienced over seven different managers, which created a lot of inconsistency and confusion. The staff responses were often slow and unhelpful, making communication frustrating and stressful. Additionally, the owner’s continuous interference in the event was unprofessional, especially considering the venue had already been paid for in full. It was also inappropriate for the owner to self-invite himself to the event, which was uncomfortable and disruptive. The only somewhat positive aspect was the manager who was present during the event trying to resolve the issues; however, even their efforts could not salvage the overall experience, which remained quite poor. As a travel agency, we’ve worked with many venues and service providers, but Kiliseasons stands out as one of the most poorly managed places we’ve encountered. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this venue for hosting events. It was truly a dreadful experience, and we hope they improve their management and customer service in the future.
