The inn is beautiful! The pool at night is the most beautiful thing, to have a drink under the moonlight! ! I was just sad because it was my birthday and they promised a commemorative cupcake and I informed reception 3 times and they didn't give me my cupcake... I left without it!

Perfect breakfast, perfect pool but the hotel bar doesn't have all the drinks on the menu, the double bed was two singles with a double mattress on top and the air in my room was bad all night and I couldn't sleep all night without waking up to breathe air again

The only positive point is the location, otherwise I won't go back or recommend it to anyone. Lots of stairs, no ramps anywhere. Don't even think about taking elderly people to this place. The staff are not friendly, we are in a group and other people thought the same thing. And the breakfast is weak, and the detail is that you buy it on the website with coffee included and get there.

We were in paradise, and still we loved to be at our hotel. The pool area was exquisite. The bar staff very friendly. With this said, our room was very good, with a king size bed and an easy manageable TV. The shower was kind if tricky, but we soon understood how to set it.

Everyone at the hotel does their best to make you feel at home. Breakfast is wonderful and so is the service. Adriana and her partner are amazing! So are the people at the reception desk, cleaners, managers, housekeeper, maintenance crew... all the staff, indeed! The room was lovely and all the hotel is very nice and spotless.

well located, great view, with good infrastructure and services. There is a van that takes guests to some beaches. breakfast changes the menu a little, but everything is very tasty and beautifully presented.. but it is not a place accessible to people with mobility difficulties

Excellent Pousada, beautiful everywhere you look, close to almost all the beaches and the center. Impeccable, varied and rich breakfast. I want to highlight the attention, particularly from Francisco at the reception. It was my first trip alone and first time in Buzios so I was a little disoriented and doubtful. Francisco not only advised me on which beaches to go to, how to get there, restaurants and points of interest, but also every time I returned to the Pousada he was attentive to ask me how it went, how it was, if I needed praise. I felt that the attention was personalized and I saw that it was done with each guest in any language. I work supervising Front Desk at a chain hotel and that is the attention I want to be given. The desire, the good vibes and the professionalism are evident. They have a very valuable person on their team. I will be back.

Very good hotel and very well located, good service. The perfect family room for 5 people. Good breakfast and good pools. Very close to the center and the main beach. The breakfast was hearty and it was never full because it was in shifts that you signed up for the day before. I thought it was a very good idea.

I recommend 100% the pass. The rooms are very spacious, the shower has good pressure and good Internet service. Very nice pools for children and adults, complete breakfast and very friendly employees. The location is very good, allowing us to get around the main beaches by Uber for affordable prices. Just as a criticism I would add more options to the buffet menu (such as noodles) and access for people who cannot climb many stairs.
