"This hotel is amazing! We checked in after midnight because we were attending a concert at The Chicago Theatre. There was no issue with the late check-in, and we were greeted by two extremely nice staff who were happy to answer any questions we had. They also gave us some delicious warm cookies. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast, but the staff recommended the food. The hotel was extremely clean and the shower pressure was the best. The last thing I must say is the king mattress is the most comfortable mattress in the world and the pillows were great too. We'd give more stars if we could, and will definitely stay here again!"

"I have stayed at the Hampton Inn and everything was wonderful, the Location, the staff,( Rob, Thomas, Maggie and there is another member as well ) lobby, The amenities, the breakfast, and especially the room was perfect.... Its just doesn't get any better than this. I will be coming back ! Thank you and GREAT JOB !"

"I would like to say that the hotel itself and all of its fun colors and decorations are 10/10. The staff was decent. Nothing special. The only improvement I can see is their breakfast service. They don’t have free breakfast. You have to order it with someone at the front desk and then wait in the lobby for 15 minutes for someone to bring it to you. It would be nice if they could bring it to your room at least and if they could have other options. The food was tasty though! I also loved the board games, pool table and bar inside the hotel. One last note, they advertised an outdoor fire pit and an indoor one. I asked front desk about it and they agreed but it never turned on during my stay. Ironically they turned them on when I was checking out."

"Very convenient for car access on the roadside in the suburbs near the airport. There is a Japanese supermarket right next to it and there is also a food court. This time I spent almost no time in Chicago, at stadiums, Arlington Heights, Evanston, etc., but the weather was nice and it was great. I felt very cool on the morning of the 14th when I returned to Japan. The hotel room is clean and uselessly large. However, the amenities are limited. You need to prepare yourself. Overall it was a good hotel ⭕️"

"The location is good. There is a Japanese supermarket on the opposite side and there is a big chain supermarket a little further away. About 15 minutes drive from the airport, there is an airport shuttle. The pick-up point for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is a bit complicated. It’s a bit complicated to ask which terminal it is. I searched for a long time before I found the bus center close to Terminal 2 to board the bus (opposite the boarding location) Hilton Hotel). The breakfast is okay, this is a very good one based on the American breakfast. The equipment in the room is perfect. Although the hotel is old, it doesn't smell. The hotel staff are also very kind. This is a very satisfying stay."

"The only thing I don't like is that you can only stay 21 days the hotel should allow for people to stay longer some people are looking for houses or apartments and have to keep moving from place to place until they get a place to stay that is my problem I like to stay in one place cuz I like this hotel a lot but I have to move every 21 days for 7 days I can't see how you can consider it and squatting when people are trying to find housing that's the only regret I have other than that the hotel is fine the people are wonderful that's all I got to say"
