When i check in I have provided with a copy of passport and an rooming list The hotel staff assigned a room without checking it properly after a problem occurs I requested an additional fee for the 97 euro room I said would replace the room, but she said it was impossible because she had already checked in I will never use this hotel again She decided that the hotel staff's mistake was my fault

Very nice, modern hotel with excellent service. The plus is the indoor pool, spa and jacuzzi. The only downside is the location near the highway.
