Luana is a fantastic host. We felt comfortable as of the very first moment. She is very helpful, caring and always in a good mood. I also want to mention Elenia who does a very good job as well. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a huge garden, just a few kilometers from Arezzo. Especially convenient we found the private parking area. The room is tastefully furnished, spacious and comfortable. Everything is very well maintained and immaculately clean. The bed-sheets are snow-white. You would not find the faintest stain on anything in this room. For breakfast a wide variety of food was offered - everything nicely arranged and tasty - we could even enjoy homemade cake. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and sincerely hope to be back next year.

A wonderful little Inn near quaint Arezzo (12 min by car) with spacious rooms and a lovely garden in a quiet area but well connected to the principal roads. Very attentive staff. Cecilia (I hope I spelt it correctly) was the one hosting us and she was amazingly kind. We loved the whole area and would like to come back and explore more. Comfortable bed, big shower with good pressure, good WiFi. Montepulciano, Siena are only an hour away through gorgeous scenery. Don’t miss the impressive project Mosaic of Andreina just two minutes away from The Monna Lisa resort.

Spacious comfortable beautiful & an amazing host
Cecilia was an amazing and attentive host. She was able to make breakfast for us very early in the morning so that we could start our day early and we really enjoyed our vacation here. We plan to come back to this resort.
There were constant unexpected treasures that we found in this region. 10 minutes away was a church that's building the world's largest mosaic. There's too many things to list but it was surprising to see how many amazing sites could be packed in such a small area, with so little traffic.

Good host, decent location, not operational?
Massimiliano was a great host, but we were the only guests and the restaurant was closed. The hotel was basically unmanaged. It should not have been listed as a hotel.

Premetto che lavoro anche io nel ricettivo (affitta camere). Una volta arrivati presso la struttura (23/24 novembre 2024) ho trovato i riscaldamenti non funzionanti e naturalmente la camera gelida. Si sono adoperati a portare uno scaldino che poco ha fatto e purtroppo per questo motivo siamo dovuti andare via. Oltre a questo problema, ad oggi 20/12 ancora non mi sono stati restituiti i 150€ che ho pagato mettendo ogni volta una scusa tra cui contattare l'amministrazione, c'è bisogno del tempo tecnico, io sono solo un dipendente (mi riferisco al Sig. Giovanni). Naturalmente sono inaffidabili e sconsiglio la struttura vivamente. Sicuramente li andrò a salutare in struttura spiegando come si lavora in questo mondo, che si porta rispetto e che non si prendono in giro le persone.

Tutto bellissimo, posto tranquillo, personale eccellente, dotato di tutti i comfort la colazione se inclusa merita un voto 10 e lode sicuramente un esperienza da rifare, situato in una zona strategica dove si possono raggiungere molte località della Toscana
