Fue nuestra primera vez visitando Arequipa y nos encantó el hotel. Siempre la primera impresión es la que vale y de eso estoy muy agradecido por la buena atención de Alex y de todo el staff del hotel que estuvieron predispuestos a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Gracias a todos por hacer de nuestra estadía muy placentera.

Lo mejor: el servicio que brinda el personal. Todos muy amables y atentos. Nos ayudaron con servicios especiales de transporte turístico. La habitación amplia y limpia. Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza de armas. Completamente recomendable.

Lo bueno: - Habitación limpia. - Camas cómodas y grandes - Muy buen servicio del personal, incluso nos ayudaron con el primer tour que tomamos. - Baño moderno y amplio - El desayuno estaba bien balanceado. - Muy bien ubicado. Lo malo: - En la reservación la habitación tenía microondas, la que nos asignaron no lo tenía. - La salida de agua caliente era irregular, de a ratos el agua te quemaba y en otros salía muy fría. - Las máquinas de café durante el desayuno no funcionaban, solo tenían café instantáneo y la leche tocaba calentarla en microondas. - Hacia falta una tostadora de pan.

The personnel is amazing and kind. The rooms have everything you might need to be comfortable: fridge, plenty of outlets, A/C, good internet connection and lots of channel options on the TV in three different languages. The breakfast is pretty good.

Excellent place to stay in the beautiful city of Arequipa, it is a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas. The service is also very good, they are friendly and attentive. The room is completely complete, it has been very nice to book this accommodation for my stay.

El personal amable y muy profesional de este hotel ayudaron a que nuestras vacaciones sean perfectas. La ubicación es inmejorable pues está en una calle tranquila y al mismo tiempo cerquísima de la Plaza de Armas y de muy buenos restaurantes. La habitación que ocupamos (twin de lujo) muy limpia, amplia y bien equipada.

Excelente ubicación, los desayunos muy completos y la atención del personal es súper optima, las habitaciones muy cómodas. Tiene una terraza que te permite pasar un momento agradable, me informaron que permiten el corcho libre y te prestan copas. Sin duda alguna regresaría a este hotel.

Cuando necesito un hotel siempre busco una buena ubicación, limpieza, comodidad, espacios agradables, un buen desayuno y calidad en el servicio. En el QP van a encontrar todo eso, cómo seguramente lo harán en muchos otros hoteles de Arequipa. La gran diferencia es la calidez y calidad humana de su equipo, allí se encuentra su valor agregado y no es un aspecto menor!! Llegamos a la Ciudad de Arequipa y nos quedaríamos en el hotel 3 días, mí esposa sufrió un problema de salud complicado, que implicó visitas de médicos, idas y vueltas a una clínica e incluso internación. Finalmente estuvimos 7 días en el hotel, el personal hizo en muchas oportunidades la diferencia para que las cosas se pudieran solucionar, con su calidez, amabilidad, espíritu colaborador, comprensión, empatía y gran calidad humana. No tenemos más que agradecimientos con el equipo del hotel en su conjunto. Les recomiendo el hotel, porque seguramente los van a hacer sentir como en su casa durante toda su estadía. El resto es disfrutar de la terraza del hotel, de su rico desayuno y visitar la hermosa ciudad de Arequipa.
