"Lovely looking hotel in Spanish style. Hotel manager very pleasant and helpful. Good location for the sites in Arequipa. Room was small and basic, needs an update especially in the bathroom, where shower was dated.It was noisy at night as there was a mining convention and the hotel was full. Also delivery lorries turn up early in the morning. Breakfast was a buffet, basic but adequate"

"I´ve stayed there for two weeks, the hostel was clean and neat, I was in a double room, it was comfortable, it had a big closet and a security box. The location is near from restaurants and bakeries. The staff was very helpful and kind. The only bad thing was the breakfast, because it didn´t have a buffet."

"The staff were friendly and the breakfast range was good. The lady who serves at breakfast was lovely. The rooms are quite dated and need refreshing and as we were close to the lift we spent our time listening to the grating sound of the lift shaft all the time. Located in a pleasant area but at least a 20 minute walk from the centre."
