"They said they had not received the card and had already been charged.
So I stayed up for more than an hour until someone more wise sent me in to then resolve with Trip.
Then they gave me a room whose window opened in front of a wall, a huge hotel, I went to ask for a change, and the receptionist told me that it was the trip room that another would have to pay.
I found it very gross."

"This time I chose this hotel! Its location is super convenient, eating, drinking and playing around, travel is easy and worry-free. The rooms are warmly furnished and the bedding is soft and comfortable, making people sleep well all night. The facilities are also very complete and the stay is very comfortable. The staff is attentive and thoughtful, the experience is full, and I will come next time!"
