Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla Resort

The hotel is beautiful and huge, but the swimming pools are very small and not enjoyable, and the sea beach is very small. The staff are wonderful and helpful

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Ayla Aqaba was fantastic. The service was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable with beautiful marina views. We loved the artificial beach—it was a great place to relax. The boat trips were a highlight of our trip. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience for my family, and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous stay at the resort for 8 nights. The rooms are a great size and in excellent conditoon with a superb bathroom and shower. A few different restaurants to chose from around the hotel complex and a large selction just outside at the mall. A few pools including a beach, the infinity pool was our favoutite with loads of sun loungers spread around which never felt too busy.

The hotels very expensive there is no deals for family or discounts also if you have clip room not like other hotels. The lounge just for adults and you can’t take anything out for your family . The receptions very bad you asked something they answers you in question stupid receptions and not helpful , my room was ready at 15:30 Everything in the hotel is no and we can’t there are not helpful . The breakfast bad people there like never see breakfast, you have to tip the the waiter to move or bring you something, same at beach they say about the chair are reserved, when we give them money they change there mind..ops it’s empty for you . I’m from north Israel and in my last day was big attack , I asked if we can stay more 2 hours more , I’m sorry No The hotels is nice and clean but the system is very bad there are not friendly, but the manger Salah in Olive three restaurant and lyth in pool restaurant are super and make the change the best in the hotel Aldo mohamad life guard in kids pool makes the kids happy makes the difference make the kids smile and happy thanks for this guys .

Very poor service, and the duty manager was extremely rude. First, I was complaining that we got our room too late (at 6 p.m.). He did not apologize for it. Then, I informed him that I had a bad experience at the hotel, where there was no doctor or nurse to check on my child after an injury caused by poor equipment. He yelled at me for finding the hotel and did not care about my comment.
