The hotel is beautiful and huge, but the swimming pools are very small and not enjoyable, and the sea beach is very small. The staff are wonderful and helpful

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Aqaba Ayla. As is typical in Jordan everyone is friendly and helpful. Muhammad and May in the Hyatt Regency Club were outstanding. The decor here is gorgeous. The food is wonderful. We loved this beautiful property.
