Great customer service, lovely food and great hair saloon services
Yousef was really helpful and the head of food services manager was amazing and so friendly
I got my hair done in their salon as well and I loved my hair so much
Dinner was 10/10

Роскошный отель! Свежий ремонт и обстановка! Запах отеля - восторг! Потрясающее качество постельного белья и есть выбор подушек. Классный пляж с белым песком, но вода освежающая. Потрясающие завтраки и ужины в ресторане. Тирамиссу лучше , чем на родине десерта:) была ситуация когда понадобился градусник, а на помощь подошел медик отеля, провел короткий осмотр. Благодарим за заботу!

Отличный отель. Хорошая и разнообразная кухня в ресторанах. Пляж хороший. но были в октябре, в бухте при отливе море уходит и становится мелковато. Хотя для детей очень хорошо, не глубоко около берега.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Saif from F&B, Asem from F&B, and Mr. Haddad the Night Manager. This has been my best stay at the hotel so far. I visit every month, and every time they impress me with their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional service. Their hospitality truly makes the experience outstanding.

This was probably one of the best hotels I have been to in my life. Every single person on the staff was so nice and welcoming (shoutout to Carlo, who greeted us with a big smile and was the best!) and I wish we could have stayed longer. The dinner buffet and the breakfast are simply outstanding. The views are beautiful, the pool is great and the private beach is very nice. Would come back again 100 times.
