I would like to thank Mr. Ragheb for his excellent service and professional demeanor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. It is a truly beautiful hotel. I'd like to thank Chef Ricardo for his exceptional service and for the delicious dessert dishes. He's truly an artist, and the breakfast service was absolutely wonderful. I'd also like to thank Chef Mohammed; he was wonderful too.

For a new hotel with various facilities, connected to the lighthouse and beach club. But since our arrival from 1:30 pm until 4:15 pm, we were given the room under the pretext that the staff were cleaning the rooms, although we received the room unclean in terms of the bathroom and not ready with dirty towels and iron, and our bags arrived to the room after an hour and All rooms are very small and cannot accommodate an extra bed. Note that all rooms do not have a refrigerator, only a food container, and all bathrooms dont have toilet abidet . So I advise everyone to book at al manara saraya hotel it's very different . like services and quality .

e had an amazing 5 nights at the Westin Aqaba! The whole staff was so very kind and accommodating. The Spa: As someone who gets massages quite often I have to say *Ketut* at the Heavenly Spa gives the most amazing massages I’ve ever had! I ask for her by name every time we come. Im always sad when our session is over but leave feeling refreshed and relaxed and ready to make another appointment. Ketut utilizes the entire time seamlessly and I just can’t say enough about her demeanor and professionalism! Already looking forward to next time! Saraya Bar: *Arnando* made it his priority to ensure we had a wonderful anniversary week at the Westin! We looked forward to our nightly beverages made and often created by him. Each night we were warmly greeted and waited on- never waiting long for another round or a nice chat. It was wonderful to know there would be an extremely kind and familiar face at the end of our evenings! Looking forward to next time! I would like to give a general thank you to all of the staff who went out of their way to make this a special week for us and our children- our goal was to relax and celebrate our anniversary and with everything feeling like it was constantly taken care of- we accomplished just that!

Had an unforgettable dining experience at Zenya Restaurant! The atmosphere was inviting, the service outstanding, and the food — absolutely exceptional. A heartfelt compliment to Chef Mohammed Hassouna, whose creativity and mastery truly shine through in the incredible variety of dishes. Each plate reflected not only technique but passion and diversity in flavors. Also, a big thank you to Mohammed Klob for the impeccable hospitality — attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Zenya is a true culinary gem, and I can't wait to return!
