brand new hotel with new design, good location

Good location, Kind people, Clean and convenience hotel in Anxi.

Clean and accessible location. Good for family /business trip. Breakfast is tasty and good spread. Although some staff may need more training

There's free washing machine (life saver when travelling with family) Guests can smoke anywhere within the hotel even though it says no smoking -_- The staff didnt stop the smoking guests as well Great location though - there's a huge supermarket beside the hotel, some singing place, some food choices, massage place (hotel is relatively quiet at night but does not feel unsafe at all. Even though there's a ktv right beside the hotel, I dont recall hearing any noises. Best part too, the windows to the room can be opened - great because people smoke and we need to air the place) Hotel staff - service is great and occasionally check in with me via Wechat if I need anything Will stay again if I come back to Anxi!

Hotel room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel for Anxi. Staff service was also good.

Ok location, cleanliness is ok but hotel has cigarette smell. Staff are kind and friendly. Hotel breakfast is not bad for the area.

Location of the hotel was great , atmosphere is 👍👍 .. rooms is clean and most catch my eyes is every rooms still have tea set so is great if u want to have a tea in your rooms at night.. hotel also manage to have arrange all my booking together at one level which make me very easy to take care my elderly relatives..breakfast not bad but replenish was bit slow.. overall we are very happy with our stay there , will surely book again if we are going next round for our yearly visit to Xiamen!

The room and facilities are relatively new, clean and tidy, and overall it is good. Two points that affect sleep: 1. After all the lights in the room are turned off, there is still a faint light behind the TV, which should be the indicator light of the set-top box, which is a bit dazzling in the dark environment; 2. The biggest problem is that the sound insulation effect is very poor, which is also the main reason for being woken up twice in the second half of the night. This self-driving tour around the area did not originally plan to stay overnight. I had a lot of fun during the day. At around 9 o'clock in the evening, I suddenly decided to play for another day, so I wanted to find a better hotel to sleep well. The reason I chose this hotel is that it is close to the hotel and has a 4.7-point rating. When I chose a room at the hotel, I repeatedly emphasized that I should be quiet and afraid of noise. However, I was repeatedly woken up in the second half of the night. At 2:00 in the morning, at least two children came from nowhere and repeatedly slammed the door and made noises, mixed with the noises of adults. I couldn't stand it until 3:00, and I called the front desk. The response was timely, without too much nonsense, and it was quiet soon (I should give a thumbs up to the front desk MM on night duty here). I finally fell asleep, and then I was woken up again at 5:00, and it was still these people. I called the front desk again... I hardly slept that night, and I was very irritable in the morning. My friends kept comforting me, thinking that I couldn't avoid bad reviews anyway! However, the breakfast was unexpectedly rich and suited my taste. I have to say that breakfast is a plus. After eating breakfast, I was also more angry. Think about it, it's not easy for everyone! If there is a problem, there is still room for improvement. I hope to do better, instead of explaining and thinking about shirking responsibility.

I was very satisfied with the experience after two days. The house was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was served for a long time and was delicious. Especially the two young ladies, Tan Fangyu and Liao Jiayi, who provided a lot of help to me, a person who was too lazy to make a guide.
