The place is more like airbnb with one bedroom and one living room inside a condo estate where there are other similar ‘hotel’ sharing the same estate. The estate environment is greenery and clean. Location of the hotel is near to major park but not with walking distance, one need to call a cab to reach his destination. Hiking bike is difficult if you do not have local ID, the local company apply do not accept passport. No daily towel change or room cleaning within the duration of the stay unless request. Overall, the place is acceptable but just get the expectation right. 

The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful in booking a ticket for Changbaishan Mountain. I highly recommend staying in this hotel. The room is suitable for a family ( 4 persons).

If you are traveling during winter, it's a lovely place to stay, it's like a condo rent out of that sort, during the snow season does look like a santa town, a small village with decor surrounded with lights, very christmasy. Big apartment, we booked 2 bedrooms room type, heat, hot water etc all equipped. Cleanliness is great the first day, sloppy afterwards, stains on floors from day 2 til the day we left. We stayed for 5 nights. Service wise still quite good, 阳阳 is very responsive, 5 stars for her. But it's noisy every morning, there were 3 morning straight I got woken up by the noises at like 6am, other guests or staffs loud chats, banging sounds, furnitures moving around etc.... usually from 6-8 am. Breakfast is horrible though 😆 Overall, it's still a good option.

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. We were given a new apartment so it was relatively clean, although a bit dusty as it was not used for a long time. Nice quaint neighbourhood, cute cats. Housekeeping is non existent, the cleaners do not do anything other than clearing rubbish. Breakfast quality is poor, food is cold and always runs out of food. Be ready to get woken up by construction at 6am every morning. Kitchen did not work when we stayed, thus we had to go through the trouble of walking to the restaurant to heat up food. The resort is not in the main area of 二道白河镇. We had to walk at least 10 mins to the nearest restaurants.

As soon as I walked in, I felt that the price was worth it. The store owner was also very friendly. We had a lot of stuff and they helped us carry it. The room was very large and there was no odor. The things and the bed were very clean. The store owner was also very friendly when we brought our dog to stay.

Yangyang's service attitude is warm, cordial and friendly, the interior is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the transportation is convenient.

My daughter was too unwell and didn't want to go out. The hotel was very considerate and helped to quickly tidy up the room and complete the check-in in advance. It was also the peak tourist season in Changbai Mountain, and it was difficult to get a taxi. The hotel helped to book a car to take us to the station, so that we had no worries.

I originally booked a one-bedroom room, but the boss upgraded me to a two-bedroom room. I checked in late because I was out traveling. The hotel contacted me and asked me about my stay. A two-bedroom room with a large bed and two small beds. It is enough for a family of four. In summary, it is worth the money. Really. First of all, I was not charged. The breakfast is standard. It is also rich. Moreover, I personally feel that this boss is a person with taste. All the bath products have a harmonious taste.

I was the second one to take a shower, and the water was not hot halfway through the shower. It is better to put a bathroom non-slip mat. Hygiene: The sanitary environment is still OK, and it is not easy to comment after staying for only one night. Environment: The overall environment is a residential area, which is a homestay. The environment is quite good, but it is not convenient to take a taxi. The taxi driver said that this place belongs to the outer ring, so it is difficult to take a taxi. You have to call the taxi center, and there may not be a car. You can only call T3, and you have to pay extra to get a car. Service: The service is very good and enthusiastic. They also gave small gifts for children and helped to deliver pillows at 11 o'clock in the evening.
