Mit einer Ausnahme (Mann hinter der Bar beim Frühstück war Klasse) komplett unaufmerksamer, nicht interessiertes und unfreundliches Personal ohne Leidenschaft und Motivation. Es war kein Absicht zu verspüren nur in irgendeiner Form einen Kundenservice zu leisten.

et encore un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel, plein de charme des années 30! Grâce à mon statut ACCOR, j’ai été surclassé ainsi qu’un joli accueil m’attend en chambre . les équipes sont vraiment très gentils, que ce soit la réception, la restauration ou le service des étages . En très bon moment, passé également au spa! Je re recommande vivement pour une escapade sur la Côte d’Azur!

On vous vend une vue mer. Au lieu de cela un GIGANTESQUE CHANTIER juste devant l'hôtel prend les 2/3 de la vue et fait énormément de bruit dès 7h du matin. Le bruit de rue n'est pas non plus négligeable et il n'y a PAS DE DOUBLE VITRAGE. Des jacuzzi privatifs au RDC provoquent des bruits de cris qui remontent jusqu'au dernier étage. Des jeunes garent leur voiture devant les soirs de weekends et hurlent jusque dans la nuit, et la sécurité ne fait rien. Quant au restaurant, si le petit déjeuner est bon, le dîner est de mauvaise qualité, de l'entrée au dessert. Pas étonnant comme il y a peu de monde. Les produits ne sont pas frais. Bref, cet hôtel, au demeurant beau, aurait dû être double vitré et afficher clairement la présence du chantier. Ne pas l'avoir fait est une faute inexcusable et il est importants que de prochains visiteurs soient tenus au courant.

Magnifique lieu
Bel hôtel, belles chambres très confortables , salle de restaurant très agréable, petit déjeuner exceptionnel…et surtout un personnel extrêmement accueillant et attentionné.
