Rooms are dated, poorly maintained, and far from clean. Service was disorganized and indifferent, with simple requests repeatedly ignored. The restaurant was equally underwhelming—overpriced, bland food served without care. When I raised concerns, management showed no interest in resolving anything. This hotel trades on its reputation, not on quality or service. For the cost, you’ll find far better options elsewhere. Avoid if you value comfort, professionalism, or value for money."

"I often come to Thalazur. The spa, hammam, and sauna are all very nice. But they lack refreshment. The outdoor pools are rusty or the bottoms are moldy!! The rooms also need to be reviewed. The equipment is often damaged! But the staff is very nice!! 👍👍 I hope it will be renovated a bit next year!"

"Extremely friendly and charming hosts :) Nice front yard. Both for mornings and evening. Lovely atmosphere for breakfast, but unfortunatly the menu itself lacked some fresh fruits, vegetables and ham/sausage for those who dont like too sweet breakfasts. So we ended up having breakfast somewhere else. Gave this 4 stars, but the breakfast almost put it down to a 3. Very effective aircon. Perfect for norwegians. (But ask how it works because we did it all wrong the first night…;) Nice gesture: parasols free to bring to the beach. Mid between juan les pins and antibes gave us a bit of a longer stroll to the beach, but also gave us easy access to to both towns. Not bad. Both town are lovely in the evening, while we preferred the beach in juan les pins."

The hotel has a very good restaurant in the street of the hotel (and varied), and especially the pleasure of having breakfast to the beach at 3min walk. It's very well served in vtc, I advise you to visit the Old Antibes, it's beautiful. Thank you for the warm welcome, it's always a pleasure to see you again!"

"The room was incredibly small. The elevator was broken. Access to the garage was extremely inconvenient. I had already paid via Ctrip, but upon arrival, the hotel said they hadn't received the payment and asked me to pay again. This back-and-forth took over an hour. I ultimately paid again and checked in. I still haven't received my money. It was a terrible stay. I have many hotels in Europe with cheap hotels, so I probably won't consider them again. They're just bullying customers."
