辦理入住的員工服務態度很好，從高鐵下來開不到10分鐘就能抵達酒店，房間設備設施和佈局很不錯，就是空調出風聲音太吵，即便開了最小的風擋仍然有點影響睡眠，酒店停車方便，最大亮點就是早餐，品種豐富，還有廣式的點心，負責點心台的廚師人很好，服務也很棒，還有麪條區的阿姨，衹是餐廳短髮黑色衣服女服務員或是餐廳經理看見我用自己帶的咖啡沖咖啡（咖啡液的空袋子就在桌上），她黑着臉直接對我們説：“早餐衹能吃不能帶！”第一：先弄清楚狀況嘛，態度好點嘛，是我帶了餐廳食物了嗎？第二：退一萬步説，我還在吃呢！就算是我打的餐廳咖啡，我還坐在桌上吃飯呢，我走了嗎？這麼急着和我説衹能吃不能帶？誰還不知道自助餐衹能吃不能帶？當我們讓她看清楚桌上自己帶的咖啡液包裝後，她什麼話都沒説，就站在那不再看我們！你誤會了我們，難道不該説一句不好意思嗎？現在很多酒店早餐廳很能理解客人早上開車需要提神，已經提供一次性紙杯讓客人外帶一杯咖啡走，誰還能把咖啡當水喝？這是整個入住過程中唯一不愉快的體驗～

我訂了兩間房住三個晚上，開始都還好有一間電視打不開，昨天給我換的新床品幾結果就是照片裏這樣，因為太晚了就沒有去找酒店跟換，，如果不是床品的事情，我對酒店還是很滿意的，電視看不了對於我們來説無所謂現在都是玩手機😂

我們是因為航班延誤臨時訂了酒店打算休息一下。也是因為酒店有機場接送，果斷選擇這裏。原本是沒詳細錯看細則不知道原來接送是有時間規定和要預約的。正當苦悶怎辦是，酒店作出即時處理，讓接送的員工加班，也把我們送到機場。酒店的處理與服務簡直是大大的典範，人性化拉滿拉滿。十分感謝🙏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🌷

蠻不錯的酒店，就是大床房太小了，而且收按金很無語，現在幾乎沒有需要收按金的酒店了吧僅此一家。停車場不是直接通房間要穿過大廳
