A wonderful spacious room. Even better, has all the modern amenities while still being very close to the old town and the lake. The old town was incredible. Parking at parking de la Poste was included with our stay. Based on the hotel recommendation, we discovered Bloomers restaurant for dinner and it was fabulous.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel and did have. a good time. It is a new hotel, relatively new amenities, located next to the railway station and 5 min walk from the old town. Good rooms, but very small ones. Our room was overlooking the street so it was very noisy in the morning. Super comfy bed and pillow. Bathroom was not designed in the best way as the door was not fully closing and it was leaking slightly to the room. Overall good experience, but overpriced.

The hotel is well situated and the front desk staff are pleasant. The room was small and I could hear the footsteps, toilet flushes and showers taken by the guest in the room above. The worst part of our stay was the bathroom which offered no privacy. It had a full wall length barn door made of frosted glass so that you could see and hear everything. And - if you got up in the middle of the night and turned on the bathroom light, it illuminated the entire room. The design is ridiculous and not in line with what is expected in a four star hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Hebe Hotel. The room was very well equipped and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The family who own it were all lovely as were the staff who were very helpful. Will definitely stay there again if we are in Annecy. Great position close to old town and the lake.
