The service was excellent. The guy at the front desk was very nice. The room was quite gross. There was a coffee stain on the bed and some unidentifiable brown liquid in the sink. Weird layout for the room and an odd scent. My partner had a reaction to the animal hair on his pillow.

Me and my sister arrived at 22 pm the 1/7 and the guy of the reception was eating in a table next to the counter. Nice first impression.😳
He could barealy speak English, he revived us in a very bad mood. Literally he didn’t talk to us too much , he just asked my name and he gave me the keys. I had to wonder in which floor my room was..
The hotel itself is old but I really appreciate how silent it was. The beds are very comfortable, soft and clean.
Everything in general was clean. The buth tub saved me after a very long day!!!

Parfait pour un week-end et surtout très près d annecy à 3minutes.
Personnel agréable et petit déjeuner copieux.
Chambre propre malgres un établissement vieillissant mais avons bien dormi.
