The employees were very friendly. The hotel was nice. Seems alot of wasted space. Only problem was I asked for a room, when I booked, for the top floor next to the outside so that there would be only one room next to ours. Well we were in the middle with rooms on both sides. The room on our right had persons in it that were banging on the wall all night, showering at 2 am. We got absolutely no sleep. I'm not one to complain. We are senior citizens. So the experience was not fun. That's not the hotels fault since I didn't complain, but that was our experience. Next time I'll make sure I get the room I ask for.

체크인할때 친절하게 응대해주셔서 기분이 좋았습니다. 조식도 음식이 바로바로 채워져서 먹는데 불편하지 않았어요. 주변에 추천해 주고 싶은 호텔이에요.

Opposite the hotel is Red Lobster, which also has a Japanese restaurant. The hotel room is very spacious, and there is a small partition between the sofa set and the bed, which is very nice. The breakfast area is connected to the swimming pool, so you can take food to the pool to eat. However, the service is average. The garbage left in the ice bucket by the previous tenant was not cleaned up. A piece of clothing on the bed was bunched up and thrown on the TV cabinet. It may be too busy during the peak season.

Overall, the Regent was a good choice for my group. We were convening for a reunion and wanted a clean, well-located place that wasn't too pricey. In this respect, the Regent checked all of the boxes. As with any place there were good and bad things - but the good far outweighed the bad. First, the good - the rooms are large, clean (yay!), and well laid out. The noise level was very low, despite the place being pretty much sold out. The grounds are beautiful, kudos to the landscapers that keep it up. The inside of the hotel is OK, a bit dated but not awful by any means. The common areas were a big plus for our group - we hung out in the second floor game room quite a few times - lots of tables, chairs, and space between those there to sit and talk and those there to play pool or shuffleboard. In the "not so good" arena, we just had a few minor issues. First, it's great that there is breakfast included, but it was exactly the same food all three days we were there. It sure would be nice to have at least a bit of variety (maybe scrambled eggs instead of the omelettes, bacon instead of sausage, etc.). The quality of the food was OK - nothing to write home about but not terrible. The women working the breakfast area were wonderful - super friendly, always willing to help, and they kept things at the buffet and at the tables clean - ALWAYS. The air conditioner in our room was a little confusing - it worked fairly well to keep the room cool, but didn't seem to take the humidity out of the air very well. It was also very noisy when the high fan kicked in occasionally. My biggest issue were the beds. I have a very bad back, and both beds in our room were SOFT and provided little support. I was pretty miserable each morning for the first hour or so until I could loosen up. I'm not sure if the mattresses are old or are just a softer variety - but they didn't work well for me. So - would I stay at the Regent again? Yeah, I probably would, and I would ask in advance if there is such a thing as a harder mattress on property. I'd also probably eat breakfast out occasionally rather than eat the same thing every day. The employees were so welcoming and helpful and the cleanliness was so great that it definitely trumps the negatives.

The hotel is in a nice area and convenient to Ann Arbor’s attractions without being right in the middle of everything. It is very close to the freeway as well as several restaurants which is convenient. Hotel was clean, king room was fine, breakfast was mediocre. Staff were friendly. They had chocolate chip cookies available in the afternoon as well as coffee. We were there just for one night which was fine.

This hotel says class. The pool area is gorgeous and the lobby states elegant. The room are a bit dated, but EVERYTHING is very clean. One of the reviews talked about the pool tiles being slippery. They are very slippery, if you have kids watch out!

Nice family hotel. Pool was fun for the kids. Comfy beds. Breakfast was good with a variety of food to choose from. Great location in area that met needs id I had any. I would stay again.
