The employees were very friendly. The hotel was nice. Seems alot of wasted space. Only problem was I asked for a room, when I booked, for the top floor next to the outside so that there would be only one room next to ours. Well we were in the middle with rooms on both sides. The room on our right had persons in it that were banging on the wall all night, showering at 2 am. We got absolutely no sleep. I'm not one to complain. We are senior citizens. So the experience was not fun. That's not the hotels fault since I didn't complain, but that was our experience. Next time I'll make sure I get the room I ask for.

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and a gas station nearby. There's a neighborhood behind for walking, and the highway is only a five-minute walk away. I was actually a little confused about breakfast, so I asked the front desk. They said it was free, so why does Ctrip have different rates for breakfast?

Opposite the hotel is Red Lobster, which also has a Japanese restaurant. The hotel room is very spacious, and there is a small partition between the sofa set and the bed, which is very nice. The breakfast area is connected to the swimming pool, so you can take food to the pool to eat. However, the service is average. The garbage left in the ice bucket by the previous tenant was not cleaned up. A piece of clothing on the bed was bunched up and thrown on the TV cabinet. It may be too busy during the peak season.

We were in town for University of Michigan‘s family weekend. We stayed at the hotel one time prior to this and it is a clean and comfortable place to stay. It is in need of updating and I was put off when we asked on a Sunday morning for a late check out Since my daughter Did not sleep well. I was told that they could not honor the request since they were expecting a large group of check-in… Certainly not likely at the end of family weekend on a Sunday morning but… There you go.

Very clean, Very friendly staff, Breakfast menu was very simple and elegant, overall Fantastic experience, I was amazed by the lobby play area on 2nd floor and pool and jacuzzi were outstanding.

It's clean and located in a busy area where you can buy, eat,and go around easily. Although the Free breakfast provided little variety, yet it's Free. I would come back again.

Hotel room was a little smelly and the air conditioner was very very loud. In another room we smelled guests smoking pot. The morning coffee was weak and the breakfast was what I'd expect from a holiday inn. The bed was large and comfortable though and the restaurant across the street was amazing.

Overall it was a pleasant experience only thing I would change is the carpets in the rooms are terrible and Definitely would of liked having the pool have later hours since we barely got to use it cause we had dinner and a show to go to. Also a better breakfast variety and a bigger eating area would be great. Other then that housekeeping is amazing and very pleasant. Our room was very clean but one thing I would change is there should be bed bug protectors on your mattresses as well as on your pillows which they we not unfortunately so that made us a little nervous but we checked the bed and it was free of critters.
