The hotel is very Turkish with a long history. The hotel museum is great. We spent 2 hrs in it.
We had a dinner and breakfast in the hotel, the food is beyond my expectation. The hotel is just next to the old castle, it's very convenient for us.
The parking is free. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We absolutely love this hotel.

Tout était parfait, l’hôtel est superbe, décoré avec soin et très bien situé pour profiter de la citadelle et des musérs à pied. Les salles de bain possèdent douche et baignoire. Le personnel est aimable et la nourriture soignée.

建築本身比較有當地特色，衞生間大，房間大小適中。早餐尚可，在餐廳連吃了兩個晚餐，價格比較高但味道不錯，服務很好。這個5星服務是給餐廳的。

第一次來土耳其的時候沒有來安卡拉，覺得沒啥可玩的。今年二刷、帶着長者就走的慢一點、在這裏住了兩晚。首先，房間還是很漂亮的，樓層很高，寬敞明亮，設施齊全，關鍵是細節佈置很用心。尤其要去看看閲讀室和酒吧的裝飾，超讚。其次，地理位置。在山頂、對面就是城堡，確實很方便參觀。離開新晉的世界遺產木頭清真寺很近，步行五分鐘就到。附近有些小餐廳，口味一般。不過次日步行到大街去，大概走了一刻鐘倒還行，那邊吃的地方多。第三，服務。很感激接待我們的那個男生，名字叫Kayra Rauf（給我的手寫名字字跡有點潦草，估摸看的）。跟他説啥，有求必應。笑嘻嘻的，服務非常好，可惜後來第一天晚上和第二天都沒遇到他，遇到的是其他人。服務實在一般，問大堂裏某位經理要樣東西，直接回我；你去找前台。還有一個前台的男生 英文確實不太好。我用比較簡單的英文跟他説事情，他竟然是理都不理。那種態度就是能避開就避開。並不是哪怕英語再不好也要盡力去幫客人解決的態度。非常無語。餐廳服務同樣，冷冷淡淡，愛來不來的感覺。都不想多説了。另外，我住的房間在一樓，推門就是大堂，那天晚上大堂還有小型晚宴，晚宴上還有樂隊表演。問大堂人員，説吹拉彈唱要到晚上十點，我要暈了，我們有長者啊！還好宴會在九點不到就結束了。尷尬的是我進進出出都要從吃飯長桌旁走過。

設施：配備有停車位置和安保人員協助管理車輛，位置在安卡拉城堡旁邊，門口就是著名的古城，步行100米就可以到達主要的景點。
衞生：衞生不錯，配備的洗漱用品質量很高。
環境：周邊吃飯的地方很多，但是價格不算便宜，離大巴扎和安納託利亞博物館非常近，適合自駕住一晚。
服務：前台服務熱情，會幫忙搬運行李
