A very clean hotel. Very tasty food and friendly staff. The location is ideal because it is very close to the train station

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Turkey in a month. The service attitude and facilities of this four-star hotel in the capital are completely inferior to the hotels I have stayed in the countryside of Turkey. The breakfast time here is before 10:30. I entered the restaurant at 10:10. There was only one old waiter, who sighed when he saw me sit down. Shortly after I sat down, he took away all the food. The time was not yet 10:30, and he did not come to ask if there was any food that needed to be added. I was toasting bread at the time and did not notice that he had taken away all the hot dishes. When I went over and asked him if he had any food, he pointed to the clock and made a very disdainful mutter. When there were two tables of guests eating and watching TV, he directly unplugged the TV in front of me. I entered the restaurant within the time specified by your hotel, but was treated like this without any explanation. It was still within the service time. I don’t understand why I was treated like this. I felt racial discrimination. The hotel facilities are really old. The power card tripped frequently all night, and the tripping was accompanied by a loud clicking sound. It suddenly clicked every few minutes, which was very noisy. I had to unplug the card to rest, but there was no heating and no way to charge my phone. The flushing of the toilet also had problems. It was difficult to flush, and there was always a sound of water accumulation. I went to fix it in the middle of the night for a long time before it quieted down. The sound insulation of the whole room was quite poor. The hotel was originally located on the street, but the sound insulation in this regard was not done well. There were car sounds all night.
