酒店位置非常好，臨近白茶觀景平台，鹿園，酒店設施完備，游泳館，雪茄吧，小童娛樂區很好，非常適合度假，服務人員管家服務也相當到位。

剛剛花開的時候入住的 ，服務細節很好 衞生中規中矩 很晚的時間到的 沒有額外的晚餐 衹能自己單獨點餐 訂房2200多一晚 送的水果感覺有點時間久了 也沒吃
辦理退房的時候送了盒茶 給人感覺還行
其他在走廊也沒看到人 服務人員不多

酒店以田園風情為特色，臨窗啜飲一盞清茶，遠眺雲霧氤氲的山巒，整體氛圍讓人心神舒緩。酒店內處處彰顯巧思，客房與衞浴空間開闊明亮，服務團隊亦細緻周到
酒店內可以遊玩的項目也很多，呆一天酒店也不無聊

收藏夾裏收藏多年的一家酒店。住了那麼多的五星級酒店，柏翠的服務意識是我見過最強的。從車子進入酒店大門起，所有的服務員都是發自內心的微笑服務，真的是很不錯的一家小眾精品酒店。
