酒店離接待中心很近，車子停好步行五分鐘就能到達房間。房間整潔乾淨，送的礦泉水居然是1.5L的大瓶裝。坐接駁車直達雪場，有針對酒店客人的VIP通道，很方便。小鄭管家很是貼心，每天都會把度假村的各項活動和注意事項提前發送到手機，是硬件和服務都棒棒的酒店🏨
