服務人員非常好 提前與我聯絡 也在需要的時候提供了一切協助 房間出現問題 他們也馬上處理 而且離開的時候也送給我我們伴手禮
附近沒有什麼餐廳只有一間燒烤 配送時間需要1小時以上 所以入住的客人們需要自己先準備好一切需要的東西 或者零食乾糧等等

這家民宿十分不錯，房間與圖片毫無二致，裝修風格獨具匠心，設施完備且佈置得相當精美，衞生狀況更是讓人滿意。民宿周圍的景色也很優美，有小溪和竹林。此外，民宿整潔舒適，早餐豐盛美味，服務熱情周到，讓人賓至如歸。我們入住前一日管家小冉就提前聯繫我們悉心詢問我們的要求，幫我們安排房間，並準備了歡迎水果和很多飲料，在羣裏也一直很温暖耐心的回答我們問題，還給我們推薦了旅遊的地方。走的時候還給了伴手禮。所有的工作人員都很熱情，主動幫忙提行李，面帶笑容，有求必應。真的讓我感覺到家一樣的温馨！下次來安吉還會住這家！毫不誇張是我住過最滿意的酒店/民宿！

設施：度假村級別，設施相當豐富，而且相當乾淨整潔，很完美的度假原則，下次會多待幾天。房間裏面外面都裝修的非常後現代，非常優雅。
衞生：很乾凈，根本沒有什麼死角，放心入住。
環境：自己開車過來，在山裡麪，很安靜，風景超級好，背後就是小溪和竹林，去的時候人也不多，感官極佳，晚上吹着山風看星星，美極了。早上去爬一爬竹林棧道也可以稍微有氧一下。
服務：全程服務，很貼心，一直都有人指引。早餐也很豐富，很温馨，離開還贈送了當地的土產，很滿意。
快來快來快來！！！性價比超高的，真的是超級美的酒店！還有很多活動，因為太懶了沒有去體驗，正好留個機會給下次。

酒店很有設計感，外觀像摺紙作品。抵達酒店剛停好車，管家小冉就馬上迎出來幫忙拿行李，迅速辦好入住，一路送到房間，詳細介紹酒店設施和服務內容，非常貼心。在入住期間，從下午茶、晚餐到早餐，都是小冉主動通過微信提前安排，真正做到了管家式服務。
