Dining: While I understand the crowds during the Qingming Festival, the variety was okay, but the experience wasn't great, which is understandable. Overall, for a room priced at 1499, it's incomprehensible to get such a room. Even a room priced at 300 wouldn't be like this! I hope everyone pays close attention when booking. I went based on the guide, and the price during the Qingming Festival was so much higher than usual. The room experience was terrible!

We were told that breakfast would end at 11 o'clock, but when we got in at 10 o'clock, the plates were basically empty. Moreover, it's really cheap to use plastic tableware in a hotel of this level, and it's not even cleaned properly. Then I was surprised to find that the hotel staff were also having breakfast with us. I asked the hotel for a few bottles of mineral water, but was told that they could only give two bottles. I've stayed in so many hotels, but this is the first time I've seen such a thing. A room worth more than 1,000 yuan, but they were reluctant to give me a few bottles of water. Also, feeding the two alpacas at the door cost 20 yuan for a few carrot sticks and 20 yuan for a quarter of a cabbage. They really calculated well. They feed others for you and you still make money. Zhejiang bosses really know how to do business.

The room decor was dated, with mold in many places. The stool was filthy, the bathroom showerhead was too small, and the main bathroom push-pull handle was the wrong way around. The elevator didn't work without a card. The balcony door was clunky and wouldn't lock. The outdoor area was okay, and we spent some time in the children's playground in the evening. The sandpit wasn't large, and the entire outdoor area was large, so the play equipment could be expanded. The indoor playground was very small, and our 4-and-a-half-year-old gave up after one look. The breakfast selection was limited, especially the desserts. The fried mushrooms, which I thought were delicious, were not available the next day. Breakfast was very busy, split into two sessions. My family usually gets up early, so there was no line, but we saw a line around 9:30. The service was very different between the two days. On the first day, no one even took our luggage when we checked in. Seeing that we had children, they didn't even mention the children's toothbrush, so I assumed they didn't have one. However, on the second day, the housekeeping staff noticed the children and proactively put one away. Previously, when I stayed at family-friendly hotels, either the luggage had already been put away, or the front desk staff had told me someone would deliver it to the room. At check-out, they proactively took our luggage. I came here based on recommendations from **. They either have several family rooms or are family hotels. I will not stay here again.

The lake view family room we stayed in was really nice. It was very large, just right for 3 people and a 1-year-old baby. The hotel also arranged fences, small wooden horses, small trains, alpacas, and a small zoo, which the children loved. Recommended. The only drawback was that the bathtub in the room was leaking and broken, and I forgot to tell the front desk. There were a lot of people on the first day of stay, and breakfast was very crowded. The experience was very good on the second day when there were fewer people. Recommended!
