酒店秉承的豪華品質及細緻入微的服務使人印象深刻。體驗過酒店的中餐廳、泰餐廳、經緯線吧、大堂吧、頌缽等，品質均不錯。中秋假期期間酒店內部活動滿滿，不出店就可度過愉快的假日生活。

房間很大，打掃的很乾凈。管家Ida很貼心，因為颱風多滯留了一天，又碰上中秋，房價飛漲。還好有Ida連夜幫我協商，還是享受了預售價優惠。
這裏的服務人員都很親切，態度很好。非常開心的一次旅行。

非常棒的旅行體驗，因為中秋下雨，在酒店待了兩天，但是完全不會無聊，酒店景色很棒且活動豐富，小朋友玩到不肯回家。別墅區寵物友好，管家Ida的照顧無微不至。

房間非常滿意，服務非常周到。出行前就有客服名字叫Ida就提前加微信，提前介入服務了。酒店房間完美，非常喜歡寬敞的陽台，面對湖面。衞生間非常大，舒適的淋浴房。衹要有需要，客服會及時響應，包括加床、加毛巾、加礦水。離開後發現衣服遺留在酒店，ida幫我找到後寄回。很愉快的旅程。
