進入大堂辦入住就有熱毛巾和熱飲，工作人員態度熱情，全程管家服務，管家小周Joyous非常貼心，會提前告知一些注意事項，會詢問水果喜歡哪些種類。房間設施齊全，有浴缸，娃泡澡很開心。整個酒店中式建築風格非常出片，帶娃去玩鯨奇谷非常方便，長滑梯挖沙非常適合遛娃，酒店有個比較小的小童樂園，有些項目還可以。在酒店還體驗了射箭。酒店早餐非常豐盛，尤其還有烤的水果和肉夾饃，非常有特色。這次去給娃過生日，酒店幫忙給房間做了佈置，還送了一個小的生日蛋糕，孩子很開心。賓至如歸，值得再來！

特別感謝管家Molly，提前分享了附近的吃喝玩樂，還幫我們安排好了房間，幾家排在一起也做了升級，景色非常不錯👍🏻
另外值得一誇的是早餐，品種豐富，港式蒸點、中式菜餚、西式麪包，海鮮粥小米粥，幹挑麪肉夾饃，鮮榨果汁，甚至還有冰激凌🍦起泡酒🍾😂

This Banyan Tree has been open for a few years. The facilities seem a bit old, but it is well maintained and clean. There is no odor in the corridors and rooms. The room is very large, with a large round bathtub in the middle. The mountain view from the balcony is very beautiful. However, the sound insulation is not very good, and the voices in the corridor and outside the window are very obvious. The restaurant is too small, and it is quite crowded during breakfast time. The food is nothing special. Some unconscious guests waste a lot, and the waiters just pretend not to see it. Personally, I think it is not worth the price, and it is not as good as the newly opened Indigo next door.
