首先，入住之前一切都很好，入住之後一切都變了。説一説環境吧，環境看似不錯，老舊破，不值當。其次説説設施，小孩子的遊樂場沒有，唯一的一個手動足球，一共雙方加起來13個人。再説説衞生，進房面上工作不錯，但是因為我們回來的晚，然後房間裏全是飛蟲，類似跳蚤，你敢相信嗎？很嚇人。一會我會附上照片。再説説服務，我們晚上十點20回酒店的，孩子還小，玩的興奮了，回酒店，十分鐘沖了一個澡，一上床就睡了。然後到處飛蟲，真的擔心害怕。孩子對蚊蟲很敏感。然後我和老婆輪流趕飛蟲。等孩子確定睡熟一點，我打電話投訴。然後事情經典來了。凌晨11點讓我換房。我問是否保證換過去沒有蟲子，沒有直接回答。第二，凌晨一點11分給我發消息，凌晨二點之前可以退房，超過2點就當我默認，一會我會附上聊天記錄。然後我給客服訊息，説第二天凌晨經理會來處理。然後早上6點50開始敲門。後面的顧客你們自己想。經理拿了不知道什麼東西，説作為隨手禮，當道歉。説如果實在不行可以第二天給我免費續房。你們想，有幾個人出門沒有計劃，沒有安排？這就是誠意嗎？後來又給我拖時間。最後我忍無可忍，直接打了12345他們安吉的市長熱線，等待那邊處理結果。

房間附近的景色真的很美，早餐的雞蛋很好吃。關鍵服務人員很熱情，因為房間在二樓，我一個人帶兩個孩子，行李搬上去有困難，都是服務員幫忙搬運，非常給力。另外感謝王師傅接駁車送我們去餐廳吃早餐，還帶我們去了白茶觀景台，耐心又熱情。感謝🙏
