Top-notch service from the crew! There was even a buggy fetching us around. The surroundings were beautiful, and the room had a pleasant, welcoming ambience. It's also very friendly for international guests. The campsite BBQ was a fun and memorable experience, especially with the open-air KTV.
However, we were disappointed that the hot spring was closed in March. We weren’t informed in advance, and Trip.com had stated it would be open year-round.
Overall, it was a decent experience. Special shoutout to the butler (管家）, xiaozhang, for the excellent hospitality!

環境沒得説 到達停車場後老闆開觀光車來接到辦理入住的地方
中午開車去劉家堡吃午飯，隨後回來圍爐煮茶，真的很有意境，也很舒服，就是太陽下山會有點冷。
下午近晚餐時間燒烤，食材還可以，同時還能ktv點歌唱歌，氛圍感十足。
第二天早上用完早餐後，收拾一下前往中南百草園，下午回上海。
最重要手機我忘記在房間，我自己還沒發現，當時我已經在回上海的路上，還是收拾房間的阿姨發現的，老闆主動聯繫我幫我寄回來了，點贊👍
提一些小意見：一是早餐種類真的很少😭，希望老闆可以增加一些品種，畢竟早餐還是很重要的；二是我們入住的房間，浴室下水真的很慢，洗澡掐着點，不然怕水溢出來，望改善。

設施：吐槽下衞生間，味道太大，排風不行，建議安裝窗户，智能馬桶對着門，開門馬桶就開，嚇人，空調噪音較大，可能因為室內空間小，影響睡眠！
服務：服務人員很熱情，態度好，可惜旅拍沒拍到，提前一天都沒有約到，難約酒店應該提醒大家一下，增值項目打折扣了！
環境：環境很不錯，天氣炎熱不建議前往

提前團購的券，非常划算，周邊吃喝玩樂的地方也很多，非常便捷店面面積很大，環境真挺好，價格也真不貴！沖鴨！服務員會主動打招呼，非常貼心，為服務好評🏨酒店性價比很高，房間非常乾淨，服務也很周到，下次還會再選擇這裏的很棒，實物和圖片一模一樣，顏色非常鮮艷亮麗，有顏值！

服務很好，進出都有電瓶車接送，管家回覆也很及時，所有問題都會解答解決。房間很乾凈隔音也很好。
篝火燒烤套餐:燒烤不錯，環境很有氛圍，就算有點小雨玩的也很開心。

五一假期帶娃出行，孩子寫作業的好地方，晚上可以diy燒烤和ktv，服務人員蠻熱心的，第二天早上釣魚，圍爐煮茶，不知不覺時間就過去了...
ps:早上一定高速割草的大爺晚一點再弄，早上還沒起床就被割草機聲音吵醒了！
