1.房間總體衞生還可以
2.早餐：房間訊息上寫有早餐，但是店家説廚師不在，沒有早餐提供；我想着這也不是我們的原因，不能因為廚師不在 就讓顧客損失自己的利益吧，最後店家提供了兩個豆沙包和一鍋粥（我們不問早飯，店家還不打算主動告知有沒有早飯）
3.歡迎水果和茶道：平台上同樣顯示有歡迎水果和茶道贈送，一概無，我想着既然無法提供為什麼要寫明
4.設施：四樓房間有一扇窗户是無法關閉的，空調16度強風，半夜依舊被熱醒，房間提供的紙巾也是少的可憐
我花了500多塊定的房間得到這樣的服務，真是可悲，不圖其他，東西沒有可以理解，但是至少要主動告知一聲吧，什麼東西都要顧客來問，大無語。
