Some of the staffs don't seem very welcoming, frowning, and annoying. This hotel doesn't have a hot tub as shown in the application when booking. I asked the receptionist and he said there isn't one.

Nice Hotel, quiet no noise and comfortable room and close to the Anchorage Airport. Free shuttle pick up from the airport too. I would stay here again.

location was fine, staff friendly, looked fairly clean, 3 floors and elevator not working for entire 1 week stay, no maid service for entire week. exact same food selection for week
