Super nice staff and shuttle driver! Clean hotel, clean room with comfortable bed. Good selection for breakfast. I would stay again! Mountain View!!

We stayed for one night before going to Denali. While checking in i specifically asked a person at the reception whether the room i have is a quiet room. Without batting an eye, she said yes. The room was near the reception, close to the elevator, and directly across the laundry room. Had to return to the reception and ask for another room, which was given. It was a rainy day and soon enough the water started dripping from above the window onto the floor. Looking up i found a gash in the concrete above the window with water raining down. Put an ice basket and some towels. At the check-out I mentioned the state of the room to the reception person. Although he apologised, nobody from the hotel management followed up. There were other bits of the room needing repair. I understand that room rates in Alaska are generally high but if one charges New York level prices, it would be fair to maintain the property.

Our kids enjoy their Pool/Gym time. Breakfast is on POINT! Staffs are awesome at what they do, each staffs we see acknowledge us and that’s a PLUS. From Housekeeping to I believe the guy that wears all blue is maintenance to front desk Ronald, Tofi, Velonika, Mina also the young lady that works front desk graveyard. Only thing that’s missing is having security on duty only because my husband had to chase couple guys that was riding their bikes in the parking lot trying to open car doors. Other than we enjoyed our stay!

Be careful where you park. Our car was vandalized in the parking lot and we found out others had been vandalized in the past.

We stayed on a Monday night. The desk lady was nice and got us checked right in. Everything worked properly in the room. The beds were comfortable. In the morning we ate breakfast. The breakfast lady was nice and the food was good. I would recommend this hotel.

The noise from the street was horrific.
Employees turned their noses up at us if we needed help with something.
