The worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in and probably the worst of all Hiltons in the chain. It does not even qualify as a 2-star hotel and I paid US$580/night!
I accept that it was a busy time due to many cruises disembarking during those 2 days, but Hilton was charging more than most hotels when their standards are way below par!
Like many others, I booked at the high price because it’s Hilton and I expected it’s of 5-star standard. So, this is a very poor hotel disguised as a Hilton and charging Hilton prices, conning innocent customers who believed in the Hilton brand! I can understand they wanted to take advantage of the demand situation but, at least be ethical enough to price it according to the standard of the hotel and not the name!!!

We checked into the Hilton Hotel as part of our Holland America, cruise tour package. The room was not clean, and the air conditioning was not working! We were not the only guest to experience rooms that were unbearably hot at 80°. Seemed like over half of the rooms they issued had the same problem. Fortunately, Holland America does have a service desk in the hotel and I was able to go there and get on in America to request a new room for me. We were traveling with two other couples and one of the other couples moved rooms twice before we finally had to go to the Holland America desk to seek a room that was cold enough to sleep in. it took us all over two hours to get settled into a room after what had been an exhausting day of traveling.

Room was warm, view spectacular, service was exceptional. Angela was great working at the front desk renewing cards and transferring rooms if need be.

I had to spend my Thanksgiving Day away from home because of work, but I am thankful for the staff at such a nice Hilton hotel. I had a minor issue, but Angela at the front desk was all smiles and was able to fix my problem. I travel a lot for work and I appreciate it immensely when people I have to interact with are in a good mood and it's obvious they enjoy their job. Thankyou Angela!

I stayed in the Hilton for one night. After earthquake I took a break at Bruins where Habib took great care about me. Very friendly, polite and swift in servicing with his team.
