The worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in and probably the worst of all Hiltons in the chain. It does not even qualify as a 2-star hotel and I paid US$580/night!
I accept that it was a busy time due to many cruises disembarking during those 2 days, but Hilton was charging more than most hotels when their standards are way below par!
Like many others, I booked at the high price because it’s Hilton and I expected it’s of 5-star standard. So, this is a very poor hotel disguised as a Hilton and charging Hilton prices, conning innocent customers who believed in the Hilton brand! I can understand they wanted to take advantage of the demand situation but, at least be ethical enough to price it according to the standard of the hotel and not the name!!!

The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shops around, it's right outside the station, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel has a good view of the snow-capped mountains from the upper floors, and the breakfast is simple but enough.

Amazing customer service! We arrived and was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby. We were able to get our room and parking situated. Our front desk agent was Melissa G, she was very helpful.

Melissa G at the front desk was amazing and helpful. She guided us through check in and helped us out with navigating the surrounding area and places to dine. She was also made sure that me and my co worker had rooms close together for convenience. The hotel is nice and clean.

Jovan and Emerson are the best hotel staff ever, they completely saved our trip and not only that, they were extremely kind. I would come back just for their hospitality! If you ever come here ask for Jovan and Emerson and they will get you squared away fast! 5 stars

Jovana and Emerson made our stay so easy and restful! We had to make short-norice reservations due to a work trip, and they were able to accommodate our group on extremely short notice and made sure we were able to get some good rest before the next trip. Thank you!
