Terrible customer service. I booked because I have a need for hydrotherapy in the hot tub for my bad back.
She checked us in. Went to room.
Then we went to ask about hot tub hours- nope. It’s broken. She refused a refund. Spent 2 hours locating a hotel with working hot tub.
I’m out the few HUNDRED dollars.

Nice mid-range hotel in a great location in midtown Anchorage. It's close to a number of restaurants and shops, and only a 10 minute drive from downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and gave us good tips for where to eat and how to get to the fair. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were able to store our luggage when we spent 2 nights in a different town, and they have laundry facilities. The one star off is because the breakfast was so-so, and the first room we stayed in had a somewhat broken bed. But overall it's a great hotel and we would stay there again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It is a beautiful and friendly place! The entire staff was amazing and made me feel like one of their friends from the moment I checked it! They were helpful to local places I needed to go!

Dirty and poor customer service at check in.First room 236 toliet didn't work. Second room 211 not much better. Will not stay there again. Doees not meet Crown Royal standards.

After staying in cabins and motels in very beautiful parts of Alaska, it was a treat to stay in this hotel for our last night - spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable room. Friendly reception. Easy no charge parking and 11 minutes to airport. Just right for us!

Overall staff not very helpful. House keeping did not clean the sinks and toilets, would only give us 3 sets of towels when clearly paid for 4 travelers. The hot water kept running out, green tea kept running out .Overall mediocre service.

It was one night stay after a long Alaska vacation. We had to shift to a different room as first allotted room was under remodeling/repairs.
I don’t think it is worth paying 340+ for a night

Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay. Front desk and breakfast staff were great. Breakfast buffet was included for us. A short walk to SBUX and Bear Paw restaurant. Would stay again.
