Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. I want to give this unit higher rating. The owner showed real effort in making the unit a comfortable and relaxing place with a well stocked mini kitchen and bathroom. The unit is also clean and well laid out. The overall setup is done well and we enjoyed this portion. However, the unit is very prone to noise at night, including gurgling of the pipes, expansion/contraction sounds, and other sounds throughout the night, making undisturbed sleep almost impossible. If you are sensitive to noise like I am, I would suggest to take that into consideration.

Wonderful suite, felt so homey. Host has everything you need right there, even some chocolates to welcome you! You park right by the suite, so it's very easy access. Will stay there again, plus recommend to anyone asking for a great place to stay at a reasonable price while in Anchorage..

Alison was a wonderful host! The property is very clean. The bed is soooo comfortable! Alison was accommodating to our arrival time- we had a red eye flight. We enjoyed our stay very much! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here a total of 5 nights on a split stay and it’s just a very comfortable suite with a super nice hostess! Everything about Alison’s place was amazing! The icing on the cake was our last evening there I was sitting on the deck and there was a huge bull moose across the street and he was magnificent! Do not hesitate to book this place!Alison, thank you so much for your awesome hospitality! If we ever return to Alaska I would book again!

This place was amazing and Alison was a great hostess! Very clean, comfortable bed and recliners. Stayed here for 1 night coming in to a 2 week Alaska trip and stayed again the last 4 nights of our trip. You would not regret staying here! Thanks for everything!

Very comfortable, homely, well stocked unit located close to downtown Anchorage. Would highly recommend and book in a jiffy if ever in the area again.
