Pros: Clean room, serviceable dorm style lodging, good location. Cons: WiFi is slow and limited, half my stay I couldn't sign in. Lighting is very dim, bed can feel cramped. Opened my door at 9:30 AM asking if I wanted my room cleaned, which was a bit invasive

Everything was great day time except the cleaning (they forgot to clean our room and change towels) but the staff working night time is really unrespectful.

Lovely area of Amsterdam, short walk to the canals, very central but more laid back, nice restaurants and bars around. The room was very decent, larger than the normal Amsterdam rooms

Incredible building And room with great space And feel. I wasnt very well one the last day of my stay And the Male receptionist was a legend giving me tea And advice how to get better. Felt like a friend at the desk, was a great vibe. Only downside is the Wifi would come And go as they only have 1000 IP address's so sometimes it drops out after a couple hours. Would defo stay there again, great value for money when i went

The hotel is located quite conveniently. The reception is not on the ground floor, in general it is not a problem. The room was not large, but quite comfortable. There are traces that the hotel is not new and the sink was not perfectly clean. But in general it is normal. The hotel is suitable for 1-3 nights.

Hotel is not reachable by phone and even saying yes is correct has not worked for a long time. Sits mixed with residents and corridors smell strongly. Garbage bins in the parking garage are overflowing and even garbage next to it. Twice when driving out the code did not work and the phone was not answered so twice parked the car again and went all the way up again. Rooms are extremely noisy and also the area outside and my room was not on the street side. Bad beds and tiny bathroom. Unworthy of a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is in the city center and can reach various attractions on foot. The hotel is clean and tidy, and there is a smoking area. Although the breakfast is simple, the quality is very good. I will book it again next time.
