This hotel is not in a toursit area. You have to have a car to drive to the city, about 15 mins. There are dishes in the kitchen but they weren't washed well. Two dishes were stuck together. The hotel charged for tourist tax which is absolutely fine but the receptionist charged my hotel room again at the checkout while I had already prepaid on trip.com so they had to give refunds to me...

Really nice hotel, in a quiet environment. Good for someone who is ok with walking a little bit to get public transport. Rooms are ok, staff - really nice. Can't be better for the hotel itself. Nice bar inside the Radisson, but with a really rude man, that destroyed our evening, and forced us to not turn back in Keuken never again, even cocktails were really nice. The tables should also be clean better/often as lots of rest of food/drinks were almost everywhere.

Unsafe. DO NOT STAY 😭😭😭 I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I only booked it because my flight was cancelled and the airline covered the cost, but I deeply regret this decision. During my stay, my jewelry box was opened. Valuable jewelry worth was stolen. This incident highlights the severe lack of security and safety measures at this establishment. The management's response to this theft was inadequate, leaving me feeling vulnerable and unprotected. This experience has completely ruined my trip. If you value your safety and possessions, do not stay here. The risks far outweigh any potential savings or convenience. Abit too far out from tram station. Price is high, facilities are reasonable.

Nice aparthotel

Not worthy for the price. And far from the public transport.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with this hotel. First, the service attitude was not very good. I could feel that the front desk staff was perfunctory. Second, the TV cabinet in the room was half loose and looked like it was about to fall down. I called the staff and they said that a technician would come to repair it only on Monday. Third, the transportation was very inconvenient. You had to walk almost 2 kilometers to find a tram stop. The only thing that I thought was good was the gym.

The hotel is fantastic, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the location is a bit far, but for everything else, I would stay at this hotel again.

Very good hotel, the place is relatively quiet, the waiters are very friendly. The breakfast is also very rich, it is worth recommending.

Overall pretty good, complained about a dirty towel and a smell from the shower drain, towels were exchanged, the drain was cleaned (but it didn't help), we got an upgrade straight away from the service, quiet location, we were happy to walk the 15 minutes to the train, great Had a weekend in Amsterdam, would love to use the hotel again

The hotel itself is very nicely equipped, the lobby is very nice, the rooms have everything you need, the kitchen in the room is very practical You'll need to be lucky when it comes to parking spaces - there are public ones, but unfortunately they're quickly gone, otherwise you'll have to pay a fee in the parking garage The area looks better in the pictures, it's about half an hour by car to the center. Public transport is difficult to reach on foot. There are no food shops nearby so it's a bit remote but otherwise everything was fine. It was a nice stay in Amsterdam
