Nothing here was specifically bad, but the property felt quiet basic for such a brand and price level and the city.

Good place to stay

The hotel is under renovation, but it is quite quiet, the security check is very strict, the hotel staff has a good sense of service, it is convenient to eat nearby, there are Carrefours. I encountered a Yemeni wedding in the hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning was done in a timely manner. The breakfast was rich. There is also a bowling alley in the hotel, and the security is very strict.

There was noise due to renovations in the hotel, but everything else was fine

The location is very good and the room has a sense of age. Overall, it's pretty good.

The hardware and software of the room are basically worthy of the price, and I am quite satisfied.

The food has improved remarkably, with delicious flavors that make every bite enjoyable during Sahour. The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the great experience. The music enhances the atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

Property location is prime and near by Abdali district in addition to downtown. Parking lots available and all staff are ready to assist you. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they did their best to assist us and arrange our stay. Hotel under renovation, some floors still under process however, we never felt that. Everything was perfect

I had quite a marvellous stay during a business trip to Amman. Honestly I didn't know hotel cuisine could be so exquisite. The chef and his/her team could belong in a Michelin star restaurant. I'm not much into sweets but the lushness and colour of the dessert offer always drew me in (see photos of the over the top variety on any single day). Beds were super comfy, sheets were the kind your skin wants to rub onto, same as towels. I loved small details like the window curtains automatically opening when you entered your room, as if saying "hi!". Staff were helpful and kind, extremely professional. The only thing I disliked was the sense of being in an air tight container, with no windows one could open, which seems a tendency of all modern hotels. Also, every control in the room is digital, and this may not be so user-friendly for those above a certain age. Sustainability-wise, the hotel could do more. There's lots of single use plastic in their bathroom offer, and while the products themselves are wonderful (shampoo, body lotion, etc.), refillable options would seem more appropriate, as would an invitation to re-use towels or bed linen, saving significant amounts of water. The structure of the hotel is somewhat labyrinthic, specially the reception and ground floors, which feel a bit confusing upon arrival. But the beautiful decor, fresh flower arrangements and the very cool soundtrack fully compensate for it. I TOTALLY recommend the stay :-)
