Everything was perfect. The hotel is new and very clean.  The staff are super friendly. Sabreen and Nakaa from the breakfast restaurant, Hossam from the housekeeping and everyone else to be honest is very polite, friendly and always with a nice smile on their faces. They made sure that my stay was pleasant.  I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Amman.

Our stay at this hotel was beyond fantastic! The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, with special thanks to **Oulaia** for her exceptional service. She not only arranged an early check-in for us but also generously upgraded our room type and ensured our three rooms were on the same floor, making it incredibly convenient for our group. The hotel boasts a prime location—within walking distance to numerous restaurants and supermarkets, perfect for dining and daily needs. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, featuring smart lighting and automated curtains for a touch of luxury. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering great value for money. This hotel is an ideal choice for both short business trips and leisure stays. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing helpful staff and beautiful hotel

Nothing here was specifically bad, but the property felt quiet basic for such a brand and price level and the city.

The hotel is under renovation, but it is quite quiet, the security check is very strict, the hotel staff has a good sense of service, it is convenient to eat nearby, there are Carrefours. I encountered a Yemeni wedding in the hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning was done in a timely manner. The breakfast was rich. There is also a bowling alley in the hotel, and the security is very strict.

There was noise due to renovations in the hotel, but everything else was fine

The location is very good and the room has a sense of age. Overall, it's pretty good.

The hardware and software of the room are basically worthy of the price, and I am quite satisfied.

كل شيء جميل واشكر الشاب الي على الكونتر صراحه لباقه واحترام وكل الطاقم بصراحه بشوشين جداااا ولكن المطعم لو يخلوه لساعه 11 صباحا بتقفل ملفات فنادق عمان الاكل قليل في المطعم ولم يتبقى اشي في اطباق التقديم والخبز ايضا بعموم المطعم مو لدرجه الي كنا نتمناها بس بعموم يوفي الغرض
