Very close to Exits & less than 20 mins drive to Niagara Falls Rooms were very clean Friendly Staffs Good Spread of Breakfast ( Ala Carte)

Bed is too soft to sleep, power points also very difficult to access to.. near the floor or have to push out the small side cabinet to access to it.. door old and jammed. Hope that hotel can check.

Swimming pool is very cold, can’t swim

The hotel is OK, average.

The room and location are average, but my room included two breakfasts and today I found out that the hotel deducted another 44.5 Canadian dollars for breakfast from the deposit credit card.

There is no buffet breakfast, just order at the restaurant bar on the first floor, and you have to wait a long time. Each person has a certain amount of money to pay for it. It's better to go out to eat. The room is extremely soundproof, and you can hear clearly when the upstairs goes to the toilet.

The room is quite old. But it is clean
