"I would like to thank all the staff and chefs at the restaurant for making my dining experience so enjoyable. Due to my travel schedule, I missed both breakfast and lunch, so I came in for dinner quite hungry. A special thanks to Alok, who patiently took my order and helped me choose the right dishes. Alan and the rest of the team served each course at just the right time, with no unnecessary waiting. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality were evident throughout the meal. I ended my dinner with a delicious dessert, and since I was dining alone, I especially appreciated how well they looked after me and made me feel comfortable. "I had visited The Isle By Area 707 on May 24, 2025, alongwith my office colleagues & their families. We had booked a Day Package @ Rs.1250/- per head. I am sorry to say that it was a very disappointing experience for us. The standard of hospitality & service provided was very poor and indifferent. We were practically left to fend for ourselves & there was no staff to attend to our needs and even arrange chairs for us to sit. The lunch served to us was the worst part. The resort management had agreed to provide buffet lunch. However, buffet was not provided. The staff just placed 2 basins of rice, 2 small buckets of sambar, one bowl of fish curry, one basin of small pieces of chicken and one thookku vessel containing just 2 veg items - cabbage thoran (poriyal) & avial. The number of fish pieces in the curry were not even sufficient for 16 persons to take one piece each (2 pax did not have fish). No additional serving of fish curry was provided, although requested. No buttermilk or rasam was served. Even pappadam was not sufficient for everyone to take one each. The dessert consisted of small pieces of cut watermelon & rotten pineapple. After we complained about the quantity & quality of the food, we were served ice cream as compensation. The package included use of the swimming pool. However, no staff was present to even provide towels to the guest who used the pool. It was the height of negligence and indifference. We are used to organizing periodical get togethers at various resorts, but we have never had such a bad experience till now. We shall certainly not recommend this resort to any of our family, friends, or associates."

"Held a function here and everyone loved the location, ambiance and service. Rooms were clean, spacious and luxurious. The Lawn was good for a function of upto 100 people. Kids loved the pool and games in the lawn."
