I stayed at this hotel for one day with my family. Overall, the experience was good, but some things need improvement. The breakfast area was very cramped and narrow, and the variety of breakfast options was limited. Additionally, the supply from the kitchen was slow. I feel the hotel should address these issues and improve the breakfast experience.

Mine was an unforgettable hotel experience which involved many things – seamless check-in process, friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, fine dining, and excellent amenities. Sparrow Inn by MGB Hotels was all about feeling welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel receptionists were extremely polite, gentle and courteous. With a smiling face, they upgraded our rooms for a comfortable and better stay. I found that an excellent gesture. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms were spotlessly clean, the air conditioners worked properly. What else is required? I will recommend this hotel to all travellers to Alwar.

Sparrow in hotel is very nice for stay hotel rooms are also nice and staff is very nice buffet is also good and hygienic. The food prepared under chef Harish transported us to good heaven .our stay at this hotel property was dreamy.the staff was extremely courteous and cooperative esp the team narendra, Mahendra, Ghanshyam

Hotel was good but bathroom towels were very bad. Looked very dirty hence couldn’t use it. Otherwise overall an okay good stay for a day or two. Food was good. Staff is very helpful and hardworking.

Room was good but service is very poor. And if u book your room with breakfast + lunch dinner then you can’t order non veg in dinner. They said this scheme only for veg food. It’s amazing. I am in sales and i stayed in lots of hotels but this is my first time with the lots of restrictions in meal by the hotel.

Good one. No concerns during my stay. Property is worth the stay. Food is really delicious. Staff is polite and helpful. Only one negative- pro-activeness was missing, they will sort out every issue, it's just that u have to highlight it. Rest everything was fine.
